The cars could be newer, but I don't have a problem for that price. I drove a total of about 5 times, and reliably it was absolutely, and that's the main thing.

Informace o vozidle "Černy Volkswagen Passat kombi s tmavými okny" bez uvedení SPZ mě mírně nahlodala. Náš let měl cca 25 minut zpoždění, což neměl být dle informace z webu žádný problém. Překvapení, po příletu se hlásilo jako "mimo provoz" jak číslo na řidiče, tak číslo, přes než proběhla objednávka. Velmi nepříjemné v situaci, kdy mi za 35 minut odjížděl vlak. Ze společnosti mě ani nazpět nikdo nekontaktoval. Nikdy více. Very bad experience. A	Alex Kalt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejspíš NEJHORŠÍ taxi kterým jsem kdy vůbec jel. Auto pro nás přijelo s plným kufrem, zastavilo na půli cesty na letiště na dálnici a prostě nejelo. Po půl hodině přijela naštvaná ženská. Bez omluvy nás posadila do jiného auta (nemluvím o tom, že jsme na dálnici stáli bez trojúhelníku a nedali nám vesty, když jsme přestupovali). Celý zbytek cesty telefonovala za volantem při rychlosti asi 160 km/h - Totální jízda smrti. Nakonec mě seřvala, že jsem drzý, když jsem po ní chtěl omluvu za způsobené potíže. UŽ NIKDY VÍC!!! Probably the worst taxi I've ever driven. The car came for us with a full suitcase, stopped halfway to the airport on the highway and simply did not drive. After half an hour, an angry woman arrived. Without an excuse, she put us in another car (not to mention the fact that we were standing on the freeway without a triangle and did not give us vests when we were changing). The whole rest of the journey was on the phone at a speed of about 160 km / h - Total Death Ride. She finally bothered me that I was rude when I wanted her to apologize for the inconvenience. NEVER MORE!!!

Po kontaktování dispečinku jsem dostal jen kontakt na řidiče, který ale telefon nezvedal. Nedoporučuji. After the confirmed order, the SMS was no longer announced by the driver 30 minutes before arrival. After contacting the dispatching, I only got a contact with the driver who did not answer the phone. I do not recommend.
I	Ivo Toth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taxi jsme si objednávali před odletem na dovolenou, přišla potvrzovací sms, v den vyzvednutí 12.7.2017 těsně po přistání přišla další sms s tím, že až budeme mít kufry máme zavolat a do 5 minut nás vyzvedne. Číslo letu řidič měl, přiletěli jsme o 7 minut dříve, cca kolem 2.00 v noci, s 5-letou dcerou v náručí. Podepsán Gramer Petr. Realita byla taková, že na letišti nikdo nebyl, telefon řidič cca 20 minut nezvedal, pak volal zpět a omlouval se, že má jinou zakázku na druhém konci Prahy a že tam bude tak za cca 30 minut. Po 20 minutách jsem ověřoval dojezd, řidič byl stále kdesi ve Strašnicích a opět se omlouval, že to nestihne a že přijede do 40 minut. Nakonec jsme si museli vzít prvního volného taxíka, který čekal na letišti. Neprofesionalita, neochota a neschopnost překonala veškerá má očekávání. Aspoň se omluvil, ale dojem to nijak nenapravilo. Nedoporučuji. We ordered the taxi before departure for the holiday, a confirmation sms came, on the day of pick up 12.7.2017 just after landing another sms arrived, saying that when we have suitcases we should call and pick us up in 5 minutes. The driver had a flight number, we arrived 7 minutes earlier, around 2.00 at night, with a 5-year-old daughter in her arms. Signed by Gramer Petr. The reality was that no one was at the airport, the driver did not answer the phone for about 20 minutes, then called back and apologized that he had another order at the other end of Prague and would be there in about 30 minutes. After 20 minutes I checked the range, the driver was still somewhere in Strašnice and again apologized that it will not make it and that he will arrive in 40 minutes. In the end we had to take the first free taxi waiting at the airport. Unprofessionalism, unwillingness and inability to exceed all my expectations. At least he apologized, but the impression was not remedied. Not recommended.
J	Jan Šmrha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dříve jsem jejich služby několikrát ke své spokojenosti využil, ale naposledy (červenec 2019) nic moc - řidič má poslat potvrzovací sms 30 minut před příjezdem. Ta nám ale přišla až ve chvíli, kdy nás už měl vyzvedávat. Pár minut poté volal, že má technický problém a že zavolá kolegu. Ten ani do 15 minut nepřijel, takže jsme využili jiné taxi.
