Výpadky jsou vyjímečné a pokud se objeví tak stačí zavolat na infolinku kde Vam podaji info kde se co pokazilo a kdy bude závada opravena. Doporučujeme. Telmedie Internet has over 10 years and works without any problem. P	Peter Bartko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorší společnost, už sem od nich odešel a som rád, výpadek dene 2 až 4 krát a keď som volal na servis tak jen stále som dostal vynadano že mám hodně velký dowloand, to už je vrchol žeby v dnešnej dobe niekto pindal... na zákazníka že hodně sťahujú no já zato můžu? když mám řipojenou smart TV +aktiv. EA Access na stahování her pro xbox one a zakázat dětem se koukat na YouTube???????!!!!!! Co se týče nekrerich lidi, byli v pohodě. Konec dubna a internet stále nekvalitní. ping opravili už je jen 150. Rychlost stále padá. Online hra? nemá cenu spouštět a film na internetu? Taktéž ne.. NEDOPORUČUJI! I absolutely do not recommend. Službu používáme denně asi rok a internet vypadl za celou dobu asi tak dvakrát na pár minut takže maximální spokojenost. We switched to Telmedia from the competition where the Internet was more expensive, it was constantly dropping and our repeated complaints were not solved. V minulosti jsme měnili poskytovatele netu dvakrát byl to děs a stejný scénář- výpadky, nestabilní rychlost a když už se problém vyřešil tak stejné kolečko za půl roku znovu! U Telmedie jsme přes rok a maximální spokojenost jak s rychlostí tak i se stabilitou. The Internet works great for me, I wouldn't change it and I can recommend it!
