E	Eliane Ramos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. The walls are not sound proofing and the rooms share this non proof sound wall. We listened non stop a family who lives there (man, woman, 2 kids, screaming, coughing, crying, dragging things, non stop making noises from 5AM to very late in the night. Also, far from center, and the neighborhood is very suapususpi. If you need to rest, do do choose this place.

N	Nick Wheeler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While I can appreciate some of the complaints of customers (such as lack of HVAC, thin walls, and shared vents contributing to the noise issues), for the price, this is absolutely 5 stars. The room we booked was HUGE despite being one of the cheapest options for solo-rooms in Prague, it included a fully functioning and dinnerware-stocked kitchen, a beautiful bathroom with an amazing shower, and a great semi-obstructed view of downtown Prague from the balcony on the 3rd floor. The service from the multilingual staff was exceptional, the communication about procedure was great, and the amenities were worth way more than we paid. It's a touch far from downtown for walking unless you're in pretty good shape, but it's a very short Uber/taxi ride to Old Town. If you're looking for a hotel on the outskirts and don't mind a little bit of noise here and there, this hotel is a must-stay. If we return to Prague we will be staying here again.
O	Ondřej Albrecht on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good price, really just basic kitchen equipment, but you have a bslcony or dven bigger terrace for the best price in Prague. But! If you are scared of spiders as I am, do not ever go to rooms with "the garden view", only to rooms which have a view to the city. And the rooms have no AC, so I wouldn't go there in the summer, it was really hot inside...

The bathroom was clean. Close to supermarkets so that you could buy things from the supermarkets and cook in the kitchen if you want. I would definitely go there again and recommend it to others

All basic amenities inclusive mostly; except for toiletries: shower gel, shampoo etc. All Kitchen utilities included, supermarket nearby ! Homey ambiance, aesthetically decorated ? Very much on a budget. Most definitely worth recommendation ?
J	James Garcia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently went with a large group for a month long stay in Prague. The room was spacious, clean, and came with utensils for basic cooking. Here comes the nightmare: they used the rent we paid for months in advance to do renovations WHILE WE WERE IN THE HOTEL. Half of us at the hotel lost access to our balconies and had plastic wrap covering all of our windows. Zero ventilation, Zero fans, Zero warning, Zero cares. Everyone in my group feels slighted and I am sure I will not be the only one leaving a negative review of this place. Not caring about a paying customers satisfaction is terrible business. The receptionist is pretty and nice though, kind of like Pam Beasley.
N	Nem Bogdanovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap quality hotel. Not the best area, far from tram stop. Light is very bad in the room, heating as well, transparent night curtains and too many big windows. No heating body in the bathroom, cheap kitchen and bathroom facilities. WiFi is so slow and useless. Unfriendly staff and strict check out till 10h. Absolutely not soundproofed.
