Nebylo to poprvé, co co jsem si všimla arogance a přeziravosti k zákazníkům zdejší vedoucí. Šla jsem si do prodejny rovnou koupit dvě tílka, z kterých jedno jsem již měla v jiné barvě. U pokladny mi prodavačka řekla, že cena jednoho je jiná než je uvedeno na tričku. Chyby nebyla moje, to by mi mohli říct u každého výrobku. Před šesti zákazníky a mým synem na mě začala křičet, že jsem ono tílko vyhlédla a šla rovno k němu, že mě viděla. Takže její chyba a špatně označené zboží. A já byla označena za podvodnika. Pocit hrozný, ale stala jsem jako opatřena. Chtěla bych vědět, jestli bylo nějak řešeno... Opravdu nevěřím, že ze takto zachazela pouze se mnou. Přede mnou dvě dívky si chtěly udělat kartičku, že papír po nich doslova hodila, že nic totiž nekupovaly. Při příchodu k pokladně se mi na pozdrav vrátilo pouze ticho, při odchodu od pokladny to samé. Nejste sice žádná nóbl prodejna, ale základní lidská slušnost se očekavá i na veřejných záchodcích, natož pak v obchodě. The new store is nice, but you should do something about the staff. Někdy však obchod vypadá neuspořádaně,ale v tak velkém počtu zákazníků,kteří oblečení zmuchlají zpět do polic, se ani nedivím a nemůžu jim to vytknout. One of my favorite shops in Plaza. Dne 24.12.19 na vánoce jsem s mojí návštěvou ze zahraničí navštívila vaši prodejnu, kde už od vchodu mne atakovala mladá bruneta v culíku, že cituji ,,jestli nemám co dělat o vánocích, proč nesedím doma, co tam děláme a podobně´´ Na vzdory a upozornění ostatního personálu nás neustále obtěžovala a verbálně hlasitě napadala, že budou zavírat . Nicméně jsem se snažila u kasy omluvit, ale slečna Lenka jak jsem si ověřila u personálu ani po výzvě kolegů neakceptovala moji omluvu a nadále mne slovně napadala. Myslím, že tahle osoba nepatří a není vhodná pro práci s lidmi a nemá úctu vůči starším osobám, natož k zákazníkům. Doufám, že se příště nesetkám s tímhle přístupem. Děkuji. However, the bad mark nd lower rating on that is due to mess in the changing rooms where tried clothes are lying even on the ground nd then due to unpleasant staff (cashier) young woman, probably part-time job person, who acted with her behavor like the customer bothers.. A bit of kidness nd smile surely wuldnt hurt.. well, if these things get improved, all will be goood.. Thank youu!
