★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reklamovala jsem zde bundu, kterou jsem koupila v Praze. Prodavačky naprosto nepříjemné a neodpustili si ani blbé řeči typu ,, tak to teda děkujeme''(zrejme proto, že jsem ji reklamovala v Plzni, kde jsem ji nekoupila).Reklamaci mi uznali s tím, že zboží nejde opravit a nemůžou mi dát ani nové, jelikož je celá řada bund kazová. Když bunda opravit nešla a ani mi nemohli dát novou, mela jsem ze zákona právo na vrácení peněz. Prodavacky, které byly velmi nepříjemné mi řekly , že si musím u nich v krámě vybrat nejake jine zboží a peníze mi vrátit nemohou. Když jsem si tam nic koupit nechtěla a pozadovala jsem peníze, řekly mi, že mi klidně rozbitou bundu vrátí a mám si ji jít reklamovat někam jinam a nebo mi daji(prodají) poukázky v hodnotě, která bunda stála. Navíc jsem při koupi bundy měla 15% slevu, kterou mi také nikdo nevrátil, abych ji mohla použít na jiné zboží. Tak pozor, určitě jsem nebyla první ani poslední, na koho tento postup zkoušely, jen abyste u nich na prodejně něco koupili (asi mají za větší tržby nějaké bonusy). Tento obchod určitě nedoporučuji, raději si zajedu do Olympie nebo do Prahy, kde jsem vždy narazila na příjemné prodavacky. :)
I claimed a jacket here, which I bought in Prague. The saleswomen were absolutely unpleasant and they didn't even forgive themselves for stupid speeches like "so thank you" (probably because I complained about it in Pilsen, where I didn't buy it). new, as many jackets are spoiled. When the jacket could not be repaired and they could not give me a new one, I was legally entitled to a refund. The saleswomen, who were very uncomfortable, told me that I had to choose some other goods at their shop and they could not return the money to me. When I didn't want to buy anything there and asked for money, they told me that they would return the broken jacket to me and I should go complain elsewhere or give me (sell) vouchers worth the value of the jacket. In addition, when I bought the jacket, I had a 15% discount, which no one returned to me so that I could use it for other goods. So be careful, I was definitely not the first or last person to try this procedure on, just to buy something from them in the store (they probably have some bonuses for higher sales). I definitely do not recommend this store, I would rather go to Olympia or Prague, where I have always come across pleasant saleswomen. :)
