Prý pošlou SMS až to vyřeší. ani po měsíci žádná SMS, šla jsem tam tedy opět osobně, Ukrajina co tam prodává mi řekla že je to vyřízené a dávala mi zpátky nový prstýnek. Řekla jsem že ten kšunt nechci, že chci vrátit peníze. prý to ona nemůže. Takze SMS majiteli že odstupuji od smlouvy a chci vrátit peníze. telefon neberou, na SMS neodpovídají. takže posílám jim odstoupení přes datovou schránku a dávám stížnost na ČOI. Po měsíci a něco se neozvali, tedy jsem urgoval emailem. Bez reakce. Na telefonu nikdo opakovaně nebere. Znovu jsem urgoval, bez reakce. Musel jsem tedy dojet opět do prodejny (80km při dnešních cenách phm). Zde jediný pozitivní bod byla vstřícná paní prodavačka. Nejen že mi prodali tedy sunt, to se stane. Nesplnil měsíční zákonnou lhůtu na vyřízení reklamace. Komunikace nula. Purchased a silver ring after about 14 days of wear burst. So I came to complain to Anděl. Complaint form listed.
