Chtěla jsem vrátit zboží zakoupené přes internet s tím, že mi tedy bylo řečeno, že to nelze, protože zboží se takto pouze rezervuje ("eshop" na webovkách je tedy velmi zavádějící pojem a dle mého klamání spotřebitele). Snažila jsem se vést konverzaci a přijít alespoň na nějaké alternativní řešení, ale obě dámy nebyly schopny normální komunikace a vůbec nechápaly, co se jim snažím sdělit a že se chci pouze dobrat řešení. Docela mě to zarazilo, protože v Tescomě nakupuji často, ale tím, jak se dámy chovaly jako puberťačky, kterým řeknete, ať si jdou uklidit pokoj, mě dost šokovaly a minimálně tuto Tescomu už nenavštívím. Pokud nezvládají komunikaci s lidmi, měly by dělat někde ve fabrice u pásu. I wanted to return the goods purchased over the Internet, so I was told that it was not possible, because the goods are only reserved in this way ("e-shop" on the websites is a very misleading term and according to my deception of the consumer). I tried to have a conversation and come up with at least some alternative solutions, but both ladies were not able to communicate normally and did not understand at all what I was trying to tell them and that I just wanted to find a solution. I was quite taken aback, because I shop often in Tescom, but the way the ladies behaved like teenagers, which you tell them to go clean their room, shocked me a lot and at least I don't visit this Tescom anymore. If they can't communicate with people, they should work somewhere in a factory by the belt.
