Dominantní skalní věž severní strany ostrovského údolí s českou státní vlajkou na vrcholu byla pojmenována Císař. Vlajku na jeho vrchol umístil v době, kdy Ostrov byl přísně střežené hraniční pásmo, dnes legendární lezec Gerhard Tschunko se svými přáteli.
