★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trato horrible por la chica que había, muy maleducada y para ser un punto de información no obtuvimos nada, solo malas caras. Entiendo que todo el mundo vaya a comprar los tickets en la sinagoga y no en este local. Deberían cerrarlo o cambiar de personal.
Horrible treatment for the girl who had, very rude and to be a point of information we did not get anything, only bad faces. I understand that everyone will buy the tickets in the synagogue and not in this place. They should close it or change personnel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando fuimos a comprar los tiquets y llegó nuestro turno le preguntamos a la chica que había cuál era el pack que incluía lo que nosotros queríamos ver. Su respuesta fue: apartaros aquí, mirar el papel este y cuando lo sepáis me lo decís. Continuó con los siguientes sin explicarnos absolutamente nada, y de muy mala manera, malas caras y falta de respeto hacia nosotros. He de decir que solamente habia una pareja detrás nuestra en la cola. Directamente nos fuimos de allí sin comprar nada.
When we went to buy the tickets and it was our turn we asked the girl what was the pack that included what we wanted to see. His answer was: move away here, look at the paper this and when you know you tell me. Continued with the following without explaining absolutely nothing, and in a very bad way, bad faces and lack of respect for us. I have to say that there was only one couple behind us in the queue. We went directly from there without buying anything.

È molto vicino all’orologio, più o meno 10 minuti passando per la strada piena di negozi di marca!
Potete acquistare il biglietto online (costa di più) oppure al Tourist Centre o anche in uno dei monumenti.
Nel Tourist Centre potete 100% acquistarli con carta di credito e ho visto anche dalla Sinagoga Pinkas/Vecchio cimitero.
Non è semplicissimo distinguere le varie sinagoghe e seguire un percorso, ma le sinagoghe sono contrassegnate da un numero, che sul biglietto troverete il nome corrispondente!
Il monumento più bello è sicuramente la sinagoga Pinkas, e il vecchio cimitero!
Attualmente la sinagoga spagnola è chiusa per ristrutturazione fino al 2021!
Avrei apprezzato uno sconto per questa mancanza.
The Jewish quarter is a must-see if you visit Prague!
It is very close to the clock, about 10 minutes passing through the street full of branded shops!
You can buy your ticket online (costs more) or at the Tourist Center or at one of monuments.
In the Tourist Center you can 100% buy them by credit card and I also saw from the Pinkas Synagogue / Old Cemetery.
It is not easy to distinguish the various synagogues and follow a path, but the synagogues are marked with a number, which on the ticket you will find the corresponding name!
The most beautiful monument is definitely the Pinkas synagogue and the old graveyard!
The Spanish synagogue is currently closed for renovation until 2021!
I would have appreciated a discount for this lack.
