Nice modern information center and little bistro on the side, Prices for visits are a bit higher and prices for the food are twice as high as usual in prague. Nice clean toilets

Extremely disorganized, slow and inefficient service, especially considering it is a top tourist destination! We waited for over 20 minutes in a tiny cramped gift shop with a line snaking around the room.

Very disappointed because I am in Prague for 3 days and I bought my tickets to visit the cemetery Sunday (23/09) and I asked if I could visit the place Monday or Tuesday (24/09 - 25/09) and this morning I had the pleasure to see that the cemetery and all Jewish places are closed Monday and Tuesday for the Jewish holidays... I do not understand why the person from the sales office did not tell me Sunday when I bought the tickets and specify that I wanted to visit the place Monday or Tuesday... In short really not professional!

Prague has changed a lot during the last years and some changes are negative. Like charging 20€ for a cemetry and sinagoge ticket to introduce holocaust repression and the history of Jewish block in Prague. No options of visiting just one sinagoge, it's either a full package or nothing. Total shame! Applauses for earning money on dead people

Overpriced packages. And you need to buy everything, you can’t just go to one place.

Nice visit but we had the worst experience with the rudest bartender. It's sad that such a frustrated little man had to ruin at least in part this experience. My Wife approached him to ask for the bathroom Key saying "excuse me". He reacted in a very rude manner responding with saying "hello" several times and then pointing out that "in this country we say hello." You may say hello but you have no idea what It means ti be a nice Person.

Very informative - not only about the holocaust, but about Jewish life in Prague and beyond. The exhibition on the children's artwork made in the Terezin camp (displayed at the Pinkas synagogue) is very moving

Fantastic and moving tour of the old Jewish quarter in Prague. Please take this tour when you are in the city.
