★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Musím tedy velice pochválit všechny úřednice, na které jsem zde narazila. Sice jsem si chvilku počkala, ale následně jsme všechno vyřešily během pár minut.
Velká škoda, že prostory úřadu vypadají jako před 30 lety a o vyvolávacím systému si mohou nechat jen zdát - taková instituce by si zasloužila renovaci.
So I must highly commend all the officials I came across here. I waited a while, but then we solved everything in a few minutes.
It is a great pity that the office premises look like they did 30 years ago and can only dream of a calling system - such an institution would deserve renovation.

Člověk v tísni s tím počítá ale pohoda, nic opět nepřišlo. Po desítkách hovorů a opětovných lžích, samozřejmě že opět nic nepřišlo. Podávám stížnost jejich vedoucí.

People in need are counting on it, but it's okay, nothing came again. After dozens of calls and lies again, of course nothing came again. I file a complaint from their manager.
