B	Barča Bubeníčková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsem byla na nehtech na Letňanech v tomto studiu. Už nikdy víc.. Slečna na recepci velmi příjemná. Každý chce mít hezké nehty, já bohužel před Vánoci odcházím od pana Filipa s totálními lopatami a ještě neskutečnou naštvaností. Poté, co jsem mu řekla, že nemám zájem o upravení kůžičky, se začal chovat jako arogantní blb. Odmítnul mi udělat tvar, který jsem chtěla, že prý uz by byly nehty moc úzké a že toto je maximum, jak mi nehty upraví. Řikam si, že teda OK, asi tomu rozumí… dal mi na výběr z 5 barev. Když jsem si jednu vybrala, po hodině mi řekl, že to je barva za 690,- Kč, načež jsem tedy odmítla a řekla, že bych měla zájem o klasickou pastelovou barvu za normální cenu. Naštvaně vstal a hodil mi jeden košík s barvami na stůl jak psovi. Tyto všechny barvy byly se třpytkami. Znovu jsem poprosila o pastelové barvy. Znovu se naštvaně zvedl a hodil mi na stůl další košík. V průběhu mého vybírání koukal stále na hodinky a funěl, jako kdyby byla moje chyba to, že mi barvy nedal dříve. Po skončení tohoto utrpení a bolesti, kdy mi brousil i kůži okolo nehtů, se zvedl a řekl pouze “hotovo”. Zaplatila jsem a odešla jsem s pocitem, že sem už nikdy, ale opravdu nikdy, nevkročím. Cena opravdu neodpovídá kvalitě, tedy alespoň u pana Filipa. Today I was on my nails in Letňany in this studio. Never again .. Miss at the reception very nice. He refused to make me the shape I wanted, that my nails were already too narrow and that this is the maximum way my nails will adjust. So I say OK, he probably understands… he gave me a choice of 5 colors. When I chose one, after an hour he told me that it was a color for 690 CZK, so I refused and said that I would be interested in a classic pastel color for a normal price. He got up angrily and threw me a basket of paint on the table like a dog. All these colors were glitter. I asked for pastel colors again. He got up angrily again and threw another basket at my table. During my selection, he kept looking at his watch and snorted, as if it was my fault he hadn't given me the colors before. After the end of this suffering and pain, when he sanded my skin around my nails, he got up and said only "done". I paid and left with the feeling that I would never, but really never, come here again. The price really does not correspond to the quality, at least for Mr. Filip.
T	Tereza Kropková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsem byla poprvé v salonu na Letňanech. První dojem - čisto. Veliký výběr barev. Velký výběr typu nehtů. Ujala se mě milá slečna. Celkově byla dost něžná a opatrná. Byla jsem dost v šoku, jak si s nehty pohrála a dbala i na detaily. Chtěla jsem dát 5/5, ale od takového salonu očekávám, že když už mají tak hezky široký spektrum barev, tak je i budou mít. Bohužel neměli, a tak má dokonale sladěná kombinace barev musela jít stranou a my se slečnou narychlo hledaly alternativu. Bohužel to není podle mých představ, když už jsem si za to zaplatila nemalé peníze. Tak snad něco nehty vydrží. Today I was for the first time in a salon in Letňany. First impression - clean. I was quite shocked as she played with her nails and paid attention to details. I wanted to give 5/5, but I expect such a salon that if they already have such a pretty wide range of colors, they will have them. Unfortunately they didn't, so my perfectly matched color combination had to go aside, and Miss and I hurriedly looked for an alternative. Unfortunately, it is not according to my ideas, when I have already paid a lot of money for it. So maybe something will last the nails.

Tento salon přesněji v OC Letňany navštěvuji často, vždy jsem byla spokojena ( tak nějak). Včera, když jsem přišla mi dělala nehty slečna “ Marry” zezacatku se zeptala jestli bych chtěla manikuru a ze to bude za příplatek 100 korun, tak jsem přikývla, potom mi začala vnucovat ombré, což jsem řekla že se ještě rozmyslím, na nehty mi dala gellak který jsem vůbec nechtěla a už byla nepříjemná a každých 5 minut se mě ptala jaké nehty teda chci, když jsem ji ukázala vzorek nehtů řekla tedy že určitě NE!! Že to dělat nebude protože to trvá dlouho, tak jsem ji ukázala fotku dalších nehtů, ty řekla ze v žádném případě, byla jsem tak naštvaná až se cítila poníženě ze jsem řekla o trpytky jen abych už konečně ze salonu mohla odejít, ta na mě naštvaně vykřikla “třpytky?!” Když jsem se zeptala zda je to problém, mlčela. Paní na recepci top, ale tento salon a slečna Marry už nikdy víc!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm not writing a review, after yesterday's visit from which I still can't recover, I'll put it here. Yesterday, when I came she was doing my nails, Miss "Marry" asked at first if I wanted a manicure and it would be 100 crowns extra, so I nodded, then she started forcing ombré on me, which I said I would change my mind, she gave me nails. gellak which I didn't want at all and she was already unpleasant and every 5 minutes she asked me what nails I wanted, when I showed her a sample of nails she said that she definitely did NOT !! That she won't do it because it takes a long time, so I showed her a picture of other nails, you said in no way, I was so upset that she felt humiliated that I said about the ghosts just so I could finally leave the salon, she was mad at me she shouted "glitter ?!" When I asked if it was a problem, she was silent. Lady at the reception top, but this salon and Miss Marry never again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nehty mám nakřivo, v jednom nehtu mám prohlubeň, protože ho paní špatně vytvarovala. U dalších dvou mi doslova "rozdělila" můj nehet u lůžka tím, jak ho brousila. Takže mi prostě trčí malý kousek nehtu u lůžka, a u palce to začalo hnisat. Vnutili mi ombre, i když jsem měla barvu vybranou, to samé jsem slyšela u slečny vedle mě. NEDOPORUČUJI! If I had looked at the reviews before, I would have definitely change my mind about the visit. My nails are crooked, I have a recess in one of my nails because the lady shaped it badly. For the other two, she literally "split" my nail at the bedside by grinding it. So I just stick a little bit of my nail at the bedside, and it started to fester at my thumb. They imposed an ombre on me, and even though I had a color chosen, I heard the same thing with the young lady next to me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
A	Angelina Žygarová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chodím do Naillounge v Letňanech už rok, ale po této zkušenosti už tam nevkročím. Objednala jsem se k panu Filipovi na doplnění gelových nehtů bez barvy. Hned po odchodu jsem si všimla, že se na jednou prstu gel trochu odlepuje, spěchala jsem a nechala to být doma jsem jen zapilovala. A poté asi o týden později se mi to začalo dělat na každém druhém nehtu. Poslala jsem sms na kolik dní mají zálohu. Nikdo neodpověděl. Konečně jsem se uvolnila z práce na 5 minut a zaběhla jsem tam. Bylo mi řečeno, že záruka je jen týden a že zda to chci sundat říkám, že ano , ale jen pokud mi to udělají zadarmo. Slečna s úsměvem odpověděla to spíš ne. A kromě toho, že nehty nedrží, vypadají příšerně a já to tak mám mít v práci tak mi ještě naůčtovali 150kč za nějaký průhledný lak s odleskem růžové, který jsem ani nechtěla… asi si řekl, že aspoň nějak získá víc peněz a ještě to odflákne …. I finally relaxed from work for 5 minutes and ran there. I was told that the warranty is only a week and that if I want to take it off, I say yes, but only if they do it for free. The young lady, with a smile, said no. And apart from the fact that my nails don't hold, they look awful and I have to have it at work, so they charged me 150 CZK for some transparent varnish with a reflection of pink, which I didn't even want… …. TERROR

K	Kateřina Panoušková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po dvou dnech jsou tohle opravdu kvalitní nehty? Recenze nikdy nedávám, ale jsem podrážděná jejich neprofesionálním přístupem a kvalitou. Paní na mě furt měla nějaké připomínky a byla naštvaná, že jsem si snad nechtěla vybrat z jejich barev + mi furt cukala s rukou.KATASTROFA. Už nikdy víc! After two days, are these really good nails?
