★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apart from the great service and quality, I value this place for its online reservation system and English speaking staff. Perhaps, an almost 1000czk haircut and shaving is not something I would do on weekly basis, but once in 3-5 weeks works great for me, when I’m in town.

The staff did speak English and noted exactly what I wanted as a hairstyle. I wasn’t keen on the hair wash because so was supposed to dunk my head in the sink and not rest it backwards which usually seems to be the case in most modern hairdressers these days.
The ritual after the haircut was pretty cool, with a bit of a head massage, some old school after shave and even burning cotton on a stick to smoke out the odd hair around the ears ?
Would definitely recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After switching barbers a few years ago from the American Barber (Kraig is the best but Anděl is out of the way for me), I tried out a number of different ones around the city, and I finally settled on this particular spot. For a year or so now I have stuck with this place and have had four different barbers cut my hair. Everyone of them has given me a great looking cut, taken direction well, and added finishing touches that go well beyond other barbers in the city, with a few other notable exceptions like the American Barber in Prague. I strony recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really expensive, but the service is okay. I've had worse. I got my hair and beard cut by a young woman that did okay. She barely spoke any English, just enough to communicate. The whole thing lasted for about 1h, the most amazing thing was when she took a small torch and lit it on fire and then put it behind my ears to burn the small hairs behind them. Fascinating. I paid a total of 990 Kz which I think is really expensive. It's even more expensive than what I usually pay for in France... Maybe I was ripped off ? We'll never know

Would recommend to everyone who needs a haircut in Prague!
