Před 14h volá znovu, že se mu rozbila řadící páka a přijede zítra a neví kdy. Nebrat!!! Objednávám do firmy každý týden balíčky i jsem vybavovala byt a s takovým hrozným chováním jsem se ještě nesetkala, stačilo mi mít tu čest s TOPTRANS jen 2x a 2x to byla katastrofa s jiným přepravcem problém nebyl, stalo se mi, že něco přišlo rozbité, ale takové chování ještě ne. Pokud mi ještě nějaký e-shop nabídne pouze jejich přepravní službu, tak si raději objednám jinde. Arrogant and vulgar carriers, crazy behavior .. Protože tato společnost mi během 4 pracovních dní 2x dorucila znicenou lednici, byl zničen vždy prvotne obal, takže vina dopravce je jasná. První se hned odvezla, druhou mi dopravce odmítl po zaplacení vzít zpět, ač byl porušen obal, který viděl, prý že to ukončil, že už to nejde, nevím dodnes, co ukončil a že si to mám řešit s obchodem. Druhou šanci si zaslouží každý, ale příště už na to kašlu. Jinak první lednici neměl řidič ani pripevnenou. Druhou už ano. Navíc druhá poškozená, kterou mi dopravce s poškozeným obalem odmítl již vzít zpět, se slovy že to nejde, že už to ukončil a že to může jen vyfotit. Tak u této lednice nenapsal výhradu a byla prý dle obchodu doručená v bezchybnem stavu. Ani mi nedal podepsat papír o převzetí. The e-shop had the only carrier of large appliances, namely this one.
