★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Úžasný přístup, takhle by měla vypadat každá návštěva úřadu. Neskutečně milé úřednice, se vším poradily, vyplnili jsme přihlášku společně rovnou na počítači, takže stačí přijít v podstatě jen s občankou a penězi na správní poplatek. Ve srovnání s příšernou Prahou 5 úplný zázrak.
Amazing attitude, this is what every office visit should look like. Incredibly nice office workers, with all the advice, we filled out the application form together on the computer, so you only have to come basically with the citizen and money for the administrative fee. Compared to the terrible Prague 5, a complete miracle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po telefonu paní úřednice ochotně poradí. Pokud neví hned, zjistí a při dalším zavolání sdělí informaci. Vynikající přístup k občanovi! Takhle by měly fungovat všechny úřady.
The clerk is happy to advise on the phone. If he doesn't know right away, he finds out and communicates the information the next time he calls. Excellent access to the citizen! This is how all offices should work.
