My first visit to Trdlokafe and certainly not my last. Pleasant service, coffee very good and as a dot a luxurious trdelník. Just keep going Trdlokafe ??

L	Lukas Pitucha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kafe i trdelnik dobre, ale obsluha v Tescu na Cimburkove v Brne... Nekdy,asi jen o vikendu, tam byvaji zrejme bragadnici. Jsou tam za pultem treba i tri. Jedna slecna obsluhuje, dela slozite kavy se slehanou penou, prichutemi, pak sype trdelniky posypkami, vymazava je vsim moznym a vy stojite jako druhy zakaznik 10 min ve fronte a koukate jak jeji kolega, misto toho, aby aspon objednal dalsiho zakaznika, kouka celou dobu do pece na tocici se trdelniky, a druhy jeji kolega stoji opreny o pult a kouka do neznama... celou dobu, zatim co jedna slecna dela vse co se objednavek tyce. Tohle je asi jedina vytka. Brigadnici, co se nikam nehoni, na nekterych je opravdu videt, ze na to nemaji vlohy, neumi si zorganizovat praci. Jinak na ostatnich Vasich stancich vse super, na vybornou. Jen na te Cimburkove to trosku vazne. Zazil jsem jen dve sikovne slecny. Parkrat jsem to cekani uz nevydrzel a sel si koupit kafe jinam. Jednou jsem dokonce musel cekat kvuli tomu, ze slecna co tam zrovna byla, neumela uvarit male espreso a museli jsme cekat na jeji kolegyni?‍♂️ Coffee and trdelnik good, but the staff in Tesco at Cimburkov in Brno ... Sometimes, probably just on a weekend, there are probably bragadnice. There are also three behind the counter. One young lady serves, makes complex coffee with whipped foam, flavors, then sprinkles trdelniky with sprinkles, erases them with everyone and you stand as a second customer for 10 minutes in line and watch as her colleague, instead of at least ordering another customer, looks all the time to the spinning kiln with trdelniky, and a second of her colleagues stand leaning on the counter and looking into the unknown ... all the time, while one girl does everything to do with the orders. This is probably the only complaint. Temporary workers who are not going anywhere, some of them really show that they do not have the talents for it, they cannot organize work. Otherwise, everything is great at your other stations, excellent. It's just a little serious about Cimburk. I only experienced two pretty girls. I couldn't stand the wait a long time and went to buy coffee elsewhere. Once I even had to wait because the young lady who was just there couldn't cook a little espresso and we had to wait for her colleague?‍♂️

Samotným trdelníkům také nemám co vytknout, i když si je dávám jen příležitostně a podle aktuální nálady. Když už si chci kafe vychutnat, rozhodně nikam nechvátám a menší frontu vydržím. For the time being, I have always left satisfied, despite my more demanding individual requirements for making coffee. I also have nothing to complain about the traders themselves, even though I only wear them occasionally and according to the current mood. When I want to enjoy my coffee, I definitely don't rush anywhere and I can stand a smaller queue.
