★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firma má velmi arogantní a neprofesionální přístup při řešení reklamací. Dovolila jsem poznamenat, že výmalba nebyla nakonec 13m2, ale pouze 9m2 a požádala jsem je o snížení faktury a místo toho mi byla faktura ještě navýšena! Pracuji v oboru, ale tohle jsem fakt ještě nezažila. Doufám, že takových firem bude v budoucnu ubývat ve prospěch těch co svoji práci dělají poctivě a od srdce.
The company has a very arrogant and unprofessional approach to resolving complaints. I would like to note that the painting was not 13m2 in the end, but only 9m2 and I asked them to reduce the invoice and instead my invoice was increased! I work in the field, but I haven't really experienced this yet. I hope that such companies will decline in the future in favor of those who do their job honestly and from the heart.
