★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dvakrát jsme si došli pro salát a dvakrát nám bylo řečeno, že již máme smůlu. Pochopila bych, kdyby bylo za 10 minut 21h, ale pokud je 20:30, tak si myslím, že salát, který je za studena by neměl být problém.
 We went for a salad twice and we were told twice that we were unlucky. I would understand if it was 21h in 10 minutes, but if it's 20:30, then I think a salad that is cold shouldn't be a problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnešní návštěvou jsem byla velmi příjemně překvapena. Slečna na pokladně je okouzlující a má velmi hbité prstíky. Na klávesnici klikala přibližně 157 úhozů za minutu - skutečně převratná rychlost. Myslím, že ji naboostoval drink č.1 s červenou řepou, či lahodná cuketová polévka. Děkuji za skutečně výjimečný kulinářský zážitek.
I was very pleasantly surprised by today's visit. The young lady at the box office is charming and has very agile fingers. She clicked about 157 keystrokes per minute on the keyboard - a truly revolutionary speed. I think she was boosted by drink No. 1 with beets, or delicious zucchini soup. Thank you for a truly exceptional culinary experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While they serve healthy food compared to the other shops around, literally everything is served into plastic cups, bottles and cutlery. It's sad to see that a place like this doesn't use more environmentally friendly materials.

I ordered a soup and a wrap. They poured the soup first and only then started making the wrap. So by the time they were done the soup was cold
The wrap was supposed to have grilled peppers but they forgot and added the raw ones at the end
Plus the wrap fell apart as soon as I tried to open it
Other locations of Ugo are much more organized and with better quality

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the most horrible UGO location in Prague probably. I haven’t tried all of them, but the food here was not good. The muffin was old and bad.. the soup was watery, not creamy at all. I am referring to the pumpkin soup with coconut cream and muffin with feta. Horrible. I wanna throw up but I can’t so I keep drinking water hoping that the taste goes away..yuck

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered chicken curry with rice. Not even close to the picture they present. Moreover, the rice was old and dry. The food was cold, carrot cooked but not clean. I felt that some pieces of chicken were not even cooked well. I went back to complain and the lady at the shop apologized, but I would at least expect money back for this food. It was not worth 209 CZK that I paid for it. I would not recommend to buy any food in this shop to anyone.
