J	J.a.c.K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menu týdne.. polévka došla, čaj se jmenuje Název, vyvolávaní pomocí žetonu nefunguje, porce k smíchu. Šel jsem se najíst ke konkurenci.
E	EllVí&Dee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restauraci nemohu doporučit. Přišla jsem si pro ISIC menu a chtěla mozzarella wrap. Objednávku jsem si vzala sebou a při ochutnání jsem zjistila že ve wrapu je maso a není to ten který jsem si přála, přišla jsem ho vyreklamovat, bez omluvy mi dali nový mozzarela wrap. Znova jsem si kousla a zase maso… když jsem šla znova paní za pokladnou řekla, že to není možné a uvěřila až potom co jsem wrap před ní rozbalila. Poté se přesvědčila, že mi opravdu dává mozzarella wrap. Bez nějaké omluvy mi wrap podala a řekla, že tento už je určitě mozzarella. Bohužel toto celé trvalo více než 30 minut, už jsem neměla v práci pauzu a byla bez obědu celý den. Jako několikaletý vegetarián dostat 2x wrap s masem bylo opravdu hrozné a restauraci v Karolíně se od teď budu bohužel vyhýbat.

Salát s trhanými hovězími líčky, maso měkké, ale úplně bez chuti, ani sladké ani slané ani kořeni či bylinky čistá hovězina bez kouska umu. No a k tomu rajčeti na přiložené fotce, bílou a zelenou plíseň snesu, ale černou s hnilobou ne. Už na te struktuře rajčete jde vidět, že není úplně čerstvé… jestli tohle někomu projde rukama a pustí to koncovému zákazníkovi na stůl jako čerstvé tak si ani nechci představit co je takový člověk schopny hodit do pokrmu který se rozmixuje…. Soup is great, without debate, you have some clever ones, but the main dishes are lame. Salad with shredded beef cheeks, meat soft but completely tasteless, neither sweet nor salty nor roots or herbs pure beef without a bit of ingenuity. And I can bear the white and green mold, but not the black and rot rot. Already on the structure of the tomato, you can see that it is not completely fresh… if this goes through someone's hands and lets the end customer on the table as fresh, then I do not even want to imagine what such a person is able to throw into a dish that mixes….
Z	Zdeněk Socha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ostatní restaurace by se mohly od téhle učit. My tady s manželkou chodíme pravidelně už několik let . A upřímně nechápu ty špatné recenze . Buď máme štěstí a nebo nevím. Cca 2x do měsíce jsi zde zajdeme na jídlo. Měli jsme možnost ochutnat různá jídla a vždy jsme spokojeni jak s obsluhou tak že samotným jídlem. Jde vidět že za ty roky se pořád vylepšují . Tím že je to řetězec mám více důvěru k čerstvosti potravin. Za mě rozhodně pět hvězd . A upřímně po dnešní návštěvě si za svým hodnocením stojím . Pokud budete mít cestu do Nové Karolíny a budete si chtít dát jídlo které nakrmí i oči tak doporučuji vyzkoušet . Other restaurants could learn from this. My wife and I have been dating here for several years. And I honestly don't understand the bad reviews. Either we're lucky or I don't know. About twice a month you will go here for food. We had the opportunity to taste various dishes and we are always satisfied with both the staff and the food itself. It can be seen that they are constantly improving over the years. By being a chain I have more confidence in the freshness of the food. Definitely five stars for me. And honestly, after today's visit, I stand by my evaluation. If you have a trip to New Carolina and you want to have food that will feed your eyes, I recommend trying it.

j	julian bar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality of the food is definitely below the par. Regarding the portion size, I ordered a grilled avocado with a poached egg. I got half of fried egg and half of fried avocado...jokes. Juices are good, that’s the way to go in this place.
K	Klara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hate to give them only 2 stars, but..I've only been twice and it always took more than 10 minutes to get my smoothie (yes, just a smoothie). A friend of mine had some food, too, and said it was rather below average. One of those times they even forgot to make my smoothie and the second time they didn't let us know that they'd been ready and just waited for us to come to the counter to pick them up.. but the smoothies were nice so if you don't mind a long wait, you might like the place
