V případě zájmu o bydlení však doporučuji jednat pouze se společností Daramis, nikoli s T2 reality, kteří poskytují naprosto zoufalé služby a dělají celému společenství, čtvrti i městu jako takovému maximální ostudu. Pokud by nájem/koupě bytu měla probíhat přes T2, je lepší se porozhlédnout jinde. Great place and living. Správce neschopen zajistit u bytů výše, aby si kuřáci pořídili popelník , tudíž terasa dlouhodobě plná nedopalků (když jsem šla osobně žádat v pět hodin odpoledne, otevřel mi nahý, opilý muž s cigaretou v ruce). Neochota ukončit nájemní vztah dohodou dříve než za tři měsíce - bydlíte-li přes klasickou realitku, nebývá problém za Vás najít nahradí dříve. At first, a great place to live full of young students. And the management cannot provide exact details on what is happening and when it will be fix. We dont even received a notice prior to its internet shutdown or whatever it is. In times of pandemic like this it is not ok. specially when we need to contact our families back home ( abroad) thru social media . We been visiting the Daramis office and we received same answer for almost a month. Please fix this ASAP. Or atleast gives us advise on how to fix this If it has to be done on our side. As of now we are spending so much buying mobile data.
