The key important factor is the professionality and the behavior of the Veronika who was assigned to the flat I wanted to rent. The rent calculation and seeking for a tenant was a nice experience when guided and mostly handled by Vas Domovnik and I also value quite highly the fact that everything apart from the actual signing of the contract with the tenant didn't require anything from me. I definitely recommend if you want to rent a space in Plzen.
