★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Musím uznat že vám ochotně poradí ale ten eshop je katastrofa.... Zboží které je v eshopu skladem vlastně na prodejně nemají ale mají 2x dražší alternativu. Zboží které je v eshopu dostupné do 3 dnů prý asi ani nebude. Eshopu nefungují emaily takže se o objednávce ani nic nedozvíte. Registraci taky neuděláte.
I must admit that they will be happy to advise you, but the e-shop is a disaster .... Goods that are in stock in the e-shop do not actually have in the store but have a 2x more expensive alternative. Goods that are available in the e-shop within 3 days will probably not be. Emails do not work in the e-shop, so you won't even know anything about the order. You will not register either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsem zde byl potřetí a vždy mi zatím poradili a to dobře a produkt, který mi doporučili fungoval tak jak má (i když zrovna ten dnešní nemůžu zatím zhodnotit z déledobého hlediska).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ...v okolí nevím o žádném podobném obchodě, který by jim dokázal konkurovat. Takřka internetové ceny, co nemají dodají na druhý den, bez problémové reklamace a hlavně vynikající přístup k zákazníkovi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pokaždé když jsem tam byl tak prodavač dával najevo že o tom ví všechno a přitom nebyl schopný přijmout fakt, že mi prodal šmejd. Když sem ho tedy vyzval aby produkt zapojil do jejich PC a ukázal mi tak "funkčnost" zařízení, neváhal a udělal to v domnění, že mi ukáže jaký je frajer. Nicméně po zapojení produktu opravdu nefungoval a se stáhnutým ocasem mi produkt vyměnil. Příkladů kdy jsem této firmě dal možnost se předvést bylo opravdu mnoho a rozepisovat je tu by bylo na dlouho.
Every time I was there, the salesman showed that he knew everything about it and was not able to accept the fact that he sold me a shit. So when I asked him to plug the product into their PC and show me the "functionality" of the device, he did not hesitate to do so, thinking he would show me what a dude is. However, after plugging the product really did not work and with the tail tightened replaced the product. Examples that I gave this company the opportunity to show it was really a lot of breaking down and there would be a long time.
