★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you’re not a local you won’t get any attention, and your place in the queue doesn’t matter. Furthermore, staff will pretend to not understand English, when they actually do, and attempt to pass you to someone else so that you won't be their problem. The lady who reluctantly had to listen to my request, after pretending to not know English was very obviously trying to get away from work asap, and this was at 12 o'clock midday.
