★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I order with UPS, there is a problem, horrible service and completely useless help center. Don't expect your courier to call you, he will just return your package and make you deal with it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do you want some great experience with trying to get your parcel for one week and constantly lying couriers? Choose this delivery.
Support line is completely incapable of help and doesn't even want to try to do something.
They failed all the deadlines and somehow managed to blame me for not delivering parcel while I was at home.
Better choose PPL and save your time for some better activity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experience I've had in the past few years. It's 9pm now and the package is still somehow suppose to be delivered today. One part of the tracking system says insufficient address, another one that it's being returned to the sender, so what is it UPS? And the las thing, their only phone number for Czech Republic in contacts doesn't even exist!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will pretend they can't find your address, do this for a few days and then you will receive a letter (for the non existent address...) asking to pay a fine because they couldn't deliver. They will never call your number either. It's almost like a scam. Many of us suggest lawyers for this situation. AVOID!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everytime i order something, i got a message that i wasnt at home or that i did not answered a phone call (ofc nobody was calling) and it was delivered to some other place. But that info i can only get using tracking website, no info sms or call.
It is sad, because even a year before it was much better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. They never call or ring your bell and assume that you will “sense” their presence when (IF) they arrive. And than they pretend that they came and attempted delivery and you weren’t at home. Then they drop your express / urgent shipment to a collection point so that you go there and pick it up earliest next day. The desperate thing is that these people who work there are still earning money for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst transportation service ever. Worst customer experience. They can not deliver to private addresses in CZ. They leave packages in front of doors (which then get stolen) and claim they delivered. Submitting a claim to get reimbursed is impossible online and you have to call. You end up in a call centre in Hungary and they can’t help. All in all: avoid UPS whenever possible.
