A	Anna Pereponova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever service I've met in my life so far! the phone is not replying, parcel dissapeared, the support are lying in face (and I have proof of that). the agent arrived over one week late, shouted on me, chewing rohlik at the same time and left with my parcel. they now have my parcel, took money for delivery and refuse to reply in any way. I'm going to lawyer.

M	Max Zaslavskiy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty awful delivery service. Whole day at home at homeoffice. They claim that I have moved. Called them and asked why they didn't call. They asked to provide the number and promised to deliver once again. In two hours I get a message that package was delivered and I have to come to the access point in the middle of nowhere 5 km away. It's a joke but not how courier service works.
D	David Koraia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ terrible service, shame on Amazon to partner with UPS. They lie about delivery. The driver got angry on me for keeping him waiting for 1 minute exactly!!! Since than, he just lies and says i was not at home, so my stuff went back to Germany. Basically he refuses to deliver me anything:) It is ridiculous how Amazon ignores this complains! Shame on you Amazon! There are way better carrier services in Czechia! Way better!!!! UPS go to hell!!!!
E	Emil Gustavsson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Still waiting for my package. Driver tried to call me, but i could not take the call. I called back 2min later, nobody answered. I called 10 times and nobody pick up. I get the explanation that they could not find my address even if its a common address in the city center. I called the service center twice, both times they told me the driver would call me back, it never happened. No time estimation of the package delivery. They expect you to take a full day off from work, and have your phone near every single minute of the day. Its hard to imagine this is 2020 and its not the first time it happened. Now the office is closed and i have to see if they took the package back to origin or if they can deliver later. No information at all.
A	Arcadia Seventeen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a nightmare. They do not have any customer service that represents anything that should be in the dictionary defining basic customer service. Packages are stated as delivered, or to be delivered on a day, not a specific time, and then they are not even delivered, and I was NEVER CALLED!!!! They state a building over 200 years old does not exist??? I receive mail at the address over over a decade! IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE FOR A SHIPPING SERVICE, DO NOT GO NEAR UPS Czech Republic sro. It is a total DISCRACE!!!!

It has happened already multiple times that they didn't even try to deliver, although they reported trying to make a delivery to Amazon. I have been home all day and specifically at the UPS mentioned time of delivery, there was no car or van in front of the house. If UPS would have informed me when they arrive, as do ALL other companies, I could have waited for them at the door. And best of all, when they finally did come by today (a day late), they could not find my place even though the street number is perfectly visible. All other delivery companies find it without any troubles. My address is also perfectly findable on Google maps. When I told the driver where my house was, he told me he told me to get the package myself from a place that he recognized forcing me to go out into the cold in my home clothing. Amazon must stop using this pathetic company.
J	Jose Navarro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The main reason not to order Amazon packages in Czech Republic is that they will probably be shipped through this horrible company and never delivered without several calls and fake delivery attempts. To add salt to injury, they ask you to manage the delivery online with the code present in the delivery attempt document that should be in your postbox, but is not there as no one tries to deliver it on the first place. The day this company ceases to exist in Czech Republic things will work better.
