Total waste of time, reserved through their website but they are only brokers, you have to pay an extra if you want to have full insurance also if you have already bought one. No signs at the airport where is the pick up, never ever...

Car hire not directly at the airport, but easily and quickly reached by shuttle. Fast delivery, car care and friendly service. Price certainly competitive.

Rented a car in August for 3 week family drive around Europe. No problems at all, affordable price, very nice Toyota Auris with all electronic gimmics (really helpful in new countries), people were really nice and welcoming. Will definitely rent there again if possibility occurs. Thanks.

Total scam. Returned our rental car, the guy doing the checkin immediately walks towards the front of the car, to immediately find a scratch on the *underside* of the front bumper. A scratch that we 100% sure did not make. And of course we did not see that scratch when we first picked up the car, since it was on the *underside* of the bumper.

The car we rented was fantastic and the flexibility of the service was nice. However, more than 3 times during check out, they tried charging more than the original price. At first, I thought it was an honest mistake. The second time, I thought was a weird coincident. But the 3rd and 4th time was just suspicious. We ended up paying the original amount the first time, but it was a lot of work to get there. The second payment, we got close to the original amount but somehow was left to pay a hidden administrative fee that contradicted what the original representative promised. Lastly, the airport location is a little difficult to get too. You are required to take a shuttle at the I section of terminal 1. Not the most accessible location. The rental was still very affordable but I will likely try to use a different rental car service next time.

Very bad service and no client orientation at all. They will charge you for any scratches you didn't do and which most of the rental companies will not consider as damage. Booked Skoda Fabia, and got it in the lowest equipment and engine. Don't look at a low price, it will cost you more with your nerves. Additionally, they will push on you to write an Accident Statement when nothing to write there. No accidents. They pushing to write something you didn't in the Statement to protect themselves. Just for their protection, giving pressure on you. Never faced such behavior of any rental companies and just people itself.

Be aware. Scam and dishonest business. Rude on top.Prices are great and you will be tempted. How they make money? Many many ways; - damages not registered when you pickup car but they will find any mm scratch when you deliver back (they have it registered in their private papers). - they will charges you crazy prices for repairs and actually the replacement price. The best part is that they will not fix it and just get people to pay and pay. They wanted me to pay a new rim when it was scratched by both myself and the prior driver. Insane.Luckily I didn’t get any fines as then they will again charge you fees. Stay away. Ps. Car was great but rather rent it with honest companies

Worst ever rental company I was using so far. It looks like the only value the company has is maximize the profit. I had a rented van, Peugeot for 3 days. The initial price was relatively low, but this is actually a trap. When you just picking up the car, you are asked to pay a lot of extras, some of it might be legitimate, like an extended insurance, but some of it looks more like scam. For example, you are asked to pay for a highway use - 1,5 Euro/day, despite the fact that the car already has a valid highway vignette for the entire year. If you want to return the car in different location in Prague - you are asked to pay 30 Euro fee. The company has it's own exchange rate for EUR/CZK, which is not in your favor, of course. And so on. The pick up process, or actually the car delivery process was the most rigorous I ever saw, and I have a wast experience with rented cars. The guy was checking every single possible scratch, or inaccuracy. When I came back after two days - the reception process was the same. A minor damage was found on the plastic cover of the driver's door, and I was charged over 200 Euro for that damage, plus some ridicules administration fee which is eventually listed on the back side of your rental agreement in small letters. The interesting thing - the damage evaluation was done by some Skoda dealer, despite the fact the car is Peugeot. When i asked to let me to get the damaged evaluation from the official Peugeot dealer - I was refused. As a conclusion - always check the ratings and the feedback on the internet and do not fall to the low price trap with these guys. Stay away!
