Při vrácení mě seřvala, že jedu pozdě ač bylo 16h (Při převzetí slibovala, že vrácení možno do 18h. A na stánkách mají 24/7). Pak mi ještě napočítali za km víc, než bylo ve smlouvě... Electric car great. But communication with the lady terrible! Reluctant, unpleasant. They postponed my rental date twice. The takeover took more than an hour. Completely unprepared. When returning, she told me that I was late even though it was 4 pm (Upon acceptance, she promised that the return was possible by 6 pm. And they have 24/7 at the stands). Then they counted me more per km than was in the contract ...

Negativa: Komunikace, (ne)připravenost smlouvy, více než hodinu trvající převzetí vozu včetně platby na platebním terminálu, ke kterému byl potřeba kód, který zaměstnanci ztratili a cca 20 minut jej hledali v odpadkových koších (to byla velká komedie), vůz byl mírně poškrábaný a zanedbaný a nakonec i vrácení trvalo také hodně přes hodinu. Auto se při předání bohužel nefotí, ale poškození se zapisují. Zde doporučuji být důsledný. Kauce 10.000 Kč se mi vrátila až po 25 dnech po několika urgencích. Positives: Driving e-Golf for the whole weekend for CZK 3,000 is great. Negatives: Communication, (in) readiness of the contract, more than an hour of taking over the car, including payment at the payment terminal, which required a code that employees lost and searched for about 20 minutes in trash bins (it was a big comedy) scratched and neglected, and eventually the return took a lot over an hour. Unfortunately, the car does not take pictures when handing over, but damage is recorded. Here I recommend to be consistent. The deposit of CZK 10,000 did not return to me until after 25 days after several urges.

Our small boy had an accident in the car with a toy and the company didnt have a proper insurance to cover it, so we had to pay 100% damage to system. I can not recommend this company. There are plenty of better options on the market.
