Dnes jsem převzal za Městkou polikliniku Praha ocenění za spolupráci v době pandemie od Městské policie Praha z rukou jejího ředitele Ing.Eduarda Šustera a předsedy bezpečnostního výboru MHMP Mgr. Jiřího Koubka v překrásných prostorách Brožíkovy síně Staroměstské radnice. Ocenění si velmi vážíme. Děkuji všem svým kolegům za vynikající a obětavou práci při očkováni a odběrech v rámci pandemie COVID-19.

J	Josef Brofský on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S touhle poliklinikou mám několik zvláštních zážitků, na chirurgii jsem chtěl odstranit několik malých výrůstků na hlavě, ve vlasech, paní doktorka mně sdělila, že jeden bude za 2 000,- Kč. Šel jsem samozřejmě jinam a vše proběhlo bez debat a na pojištění. Chtěl jsem se objednat na kožní, slyšel jsem, že je někdo v ordinaci, ale klepání na dveře ordinace bylo bez reakce, tak jsem z čekárny volal do ordinace a s paní doktorkou se domlouval telefonicky. Měl jsem naražené zápěstí a přišel na sundání obvazu, sestra po sundání obvazu nasadila výraz, jako kdybych měl ruku postiženou leprou, ale protože jsem dost čistotný, ruku jsem pravidelně omýval až po okraj obvazu a vypadala úplně normálně a zdravě, byla to od sestry jen taková malá jedovatost ... asi její způsob jak jednat s pacienty. Vím, že je to v centru, ale jděte jinam, takovou sbírku zdravotnických exotů jako tady, jinde nezažijete. I had a broken wrist and came to take off the bandage, the nurse put on an expression after taking off the bandage, as if I had a leprosy hand, but because I'm clean enough, I regularly washed my hand to the edge of the bandage and looked completely normal and healthy, it was only from the nurse such low toxicity ... probably her way of dealing with patients. I know it's in the center, but go somewhere else, you won't experience such a collection of medical exotics as here.
M	Martin H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na zubní pohotovost už nikdy. Vrátný nepříjemný a ze dvou ordinací fungovala jen jedna, čehož si ale doktorka nevšimla, až když ji na to upozornili z vedlejší čekárny. Jedna paní říkala, že už tam je po několikáté, pokaždé jiná doktorka, musíte mít štěstí na nějakou milou nebo aspoň snesitelnou. Mně vyvrtali provizorní plombu a dali na zub desinfekci, zub ale nechali otevřený. Podle mého zubaře to je úplně špatně a jak z pravěku, škoda, že byl v té době nemocný. J	Jan Drtina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pokud máte podezření že jste se nakazili covidem, v žádném případě se neobracejte s žádostmi o případnou léčbu na toto zařízení, ani pokud jste tu roky vedeni u praktickéhp lékaře, jedtě raději do nemocnice. Doktorky neochotné, mají naučenou poučku, paralen, zabály paralen, nejsou ochotny s ničím poradit. Když má člověk 10den po sobě 39°C horečku, bere 8tablet paralenu, dále,ucpané dutiny a začíná mít dušnost je asi něco špatně.....Lekářky by měly poradit, aby si pacienti koupili oxymetr a měřili kyslík v krvi, a pokud se hladina dostane pod 90% tak si volali záchranku, nic takového ale nikdo z dotyčného personálu neporadil. Měl jsem pocit při žádosti o radu. že jsem na obtíž.Skoncil jsem s oboustranným zápalem plic v Krči na jip(KDE VEDI CO DELAT A STARAJI SE Výborně.Ochota personálu ve Spalene na bodu mrazu, jestli takhle funguje většina praktiků v ČR, nemůžeme se divit, jaká je úmrtnost pacientú na covid, když stát nikoho neléčí..... Doctors should advise patients to buy an oximeter and measure oxygen in the blood, and if the level gets below 90% so they called an ambulance, but none of the staff in question advised. I felt like asking for advice. I end up with bilateral pneumonia in Krč in the ICU covid, when the state does not treat anyone .....
J	Jaroslav Frantík on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rozhodně nedoporučuji návštěvu tohoto zdravotního zařízení, je to ztráta času. Odmítli mě ošetřit s tím, že bych na výsledky vyšetření čekal minimálně 3 týdny, souhlasil jsem a přesto mě odmítli z důvodu, že při mém onemocnění nemůžu tak dlouho čekat. Razítko na propustku jsem také nedostal. Důvod? Nebyl jste ošetřen, tudíž nemůžete dostat razítko. Absenci v práci za půl hodinové čekání tedy nemám omluvenou. To, na co bych zde čekal 3 týdny měli na poliklinice na Karlově náměstí hotové za 10 minut. Polikliniku na Karlově náměstí naopak velmi doporučuji, není to tak daleko a ušetří vám to čas i nervy. I definitely do not recommend visiting this medical facility, it is a waste of time. They refused to treat me with the proviso that I would wait at least 3 weeks for the results of the examination, I agreed and yet they rejected me on the grounds that I could not wait that long for my illness. I also didn't get a stamp on my pass. Reason? You have not been treated, so you cannot get a stamp. So I have no excuse for not being absent from work for half an hour. What I would have expected here for 3 weeks at the polyclinic on Charles Square was done in 10 minutes. On the contrary, I highly recommend the polyclinic on Charles Square, it is not that far and it will save you time and nerves.
N	Natalia M. Homolova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid the GP emergency. I had to go there today (MUDr. Jana Kracikova) due to a swollen lymphatic node on my neck that was not going away. Before I even took my coat off, the doctor had her diagnosis ready. She asked if I worked with a computer and when I said yes that my ‘painful neck’ was related to work on PC. I was still just filling in the papers in the waiting room, quite surprised about the ‘telepathic’ diagnosis without even being examined. I had to insist that my neck was not hurting, but that the massive lump on the neck was rather worrisome. She concluded I would have to go for an Xray and ultrasound (which is why I went to the ER in the first place), but that they actually did not have it there, so I would have to go to my GP during working hours instead. And recommended I would google exercises for backpain. Avoid them. Simply avoid them.

MUDr Krocikova was on duty, had absolutely no idea about anything (she really should retire and not practice medicine) and refused to provide any care (I would have gone to my GP but it was Sunday). Recommended me to go to Bulovka and suggested to take subway (with covid symptoms), she should not be allowed to practice medicine... Ridiculous

N	NY on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They accept insurance therefore the price is very good and cheap. Also MDDr. Podškova Kateřina was super nice and kind. I recommend if you need any emergency help for your teeth. :)
