M	Marie Hájek Stibůrková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Všechno je to vždycky o konkrétních lidech a o štěstí, ale já nemůžu dát jinak než 5 hvězdiček. V alergologicko-imunologické ambulanci úžasně příjemná sestřička i doktorka. Po odeslání do odběrového centra i tam velmi milá odběrová sestra (i přesto, že je to tam jak na Václaváku a pacienti se jí na křesle střídají doslova po minutě). Děkuji za skvělou zkušenost, která mi zlepšila den! Už dlouho jsem ve zdravotnictví takovou ochotu nezažila. It's all about specific people and happiness, but I can't give anything but 5 stars. An amazingly nurse and doctor in the allergology-immunology clinic. After sending in a specimen the center and there is a very nice sampling sister (despite the fact that it is there on both Wenceslas Square and patients on her chair turns literally minutes). Thank you for the great experience that improved my day! I haven't experienced such a willingness in healthcare for a long time.
L	Ladislav Budský on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V podstate se jedna o pilikliniku kterych je po Praze vice. Je to poliklinika vsazena mezibdalsi budovy, tudim modernizace samotnych prostor by byla obtizna. Tak ze se zde setkate s vysokými stropi. Jedna se o rozsahly komplex se spoustou ordinaci to bohuzel je videt v odberove laboratori, kde i pres veškerou snahu zdravotniho personalu se tvori docela velke fronty a s tim spojene cekani na odber. Jinak je pristup peronalu vstřícný. Basically, it is a piliklinic of which there are more in Prague. It is a polyclinic set in an interim building, so the modernization of the premises themselves would be difficult. So you will find high ceilings here. It is a large complex with a lot of surgeries, unfortunately it can be seen in the collection laboratory, where despite all the efforts of the medical staff, quite large queues are formed and the associated waiting for collection. Otherwise, the approach of the staff is accommodating.
Z	Zzz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Úžasná sestřička na odběrech! Čekaly mě docela velké odběry, plný kelímek zkumavek. Na recepci mi dali rychlejší číslo (asi viděli moji mírnou paniku), šla jsem skoro hned na řadu. Odběrová sestřička byla moc milá, položila mě, odběr udělala citlivě, po něm mi přinesla vodu, žádné honem honem další ať to odsejpá. Perfektní přístup, kéž by to takhle šlo všude. Děkuji!!! Amazing nurse on subscriptions! I was expecting quite large donations, full of test tubes. At the front desk they gave me a faster number (they probably saw my mild panic), and I almost went next. The sampling nurse was very nice, she put me down, she took it sensitively, after it brought me water, no hurry to let another blow it away. Perfect approach, I wish it could go everywhere like this. Thank you!!!
N	Nikola Krišteková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nevím, jak funguje celá poliklinika, ale kdybych mohla, tak personálu na přízemí v odběrovém centru dám těch hvězdiček dvacet. Pokaždé se při odběru chovají hrozně moc příjemně a jsou tak moc ohleduplní ❤️. Přitom tam těch odběru udělá každý z pracovníků desítky denně, vždy jsou velmi milí, příjemní a snaží se u odběru rozptýlit, hlídají aby člověk sebou neseknul a na pacientovi jim záleží. Děkuju :)! I don't know how the whole clinic works, but if I could, I would give the staff on the ground floor of the collection center twenty stars. They always behave very pleasantly during collection and are so very considerate ❤️. At the same time, each of the employees does dozens of them a day, they are always very nice, pleasant and try to distract the collection, make sure that you do not cut yourself and they care about the patient. Thank you :)!

H	Helena Zalesakova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S lékařským personálem mám jen dobré zkušenosti (alergologie a trombocentrum), ale u sester asi záleží na tom, na jakou narazíte - na alergologii je hodná a starostlivá, v trombocentru arogantní a drzá. Budova je dost bizár, ale je tu lékárna, bistro i toalety. I have only good experience with medical staff (allergology and thrombocentre), but in nurses it probably depends on what you encounter - allergology is nice and caring, in thrombocentre arrogant and insolent. The building is pretty bizarre, but there is a pharmacy, bistro and toilets.
N	Natalia M. Homolova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My rating regards the medical staff and their professional capacity. I have only had the best of experience. It’s also possible to schedule appointments, so queuing can be avoided. The building is old and shabby, but I consider that secondary.
