★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poliklinika renomované Všeobecné fakultní nemocnice, kterou vyhledávají i mimopražští pacienti. Proto tu bývá plno a holt se musí někdy a někde i čekat. Kvalita lékařů a sester ale za to stojí.
 Polyclinic of the renowned General University Hospital, which is also sought after by patients outside Prague. That's why it's usually full and holt has to wait sometimes and somewhere. But the quality of doctors and nurses is worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cekacka smrti. Otresna komunikace s pacienty. V cekarne mezi pacienty se hada stanicni sestra se zedniky, ze nevi nic o bourani okna. Informace z webu neplati. Jako by tu nikdo neznal svoje kompetence a vedeni nebylo schopne dat komunikaci pravidla ani spolehlivost. Lekarka arogantni, sestra se z toho citi trapne. Proc neni na Karlaku tak nejak normalni poliklinika s kvalitni peci?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chodit sem na odbery je vopravdu neco silenyho, vzdycky otresnej zazitek, pravidelne je tu naprosto extremni natresk a na odber kolikrat ceka klidne i vic jak 100 lidi. A uplne stejne pravidelne to tu vubec neodsejpa, odbery jedou jak ve zpomalenym filmu. Fungujou treba jenom 3 kabiny z 10. V pohode my pockame. Jednou jsem tu na pitomej odber cekal skoro 3 hodiny. Cekarna velikosti naprosto neodpovida realnym potrebam a tak davy lidi cekaji na chodbe a prilehlem schodisti. Blby je ze v ty chodbe vytah, takze se tu nemuzou vytocit vozickari. Naprostej balkan bordel. Do poradniku naskakujou uplne nahodny cisla. Vedouciho oddeleni by meli zavrit.
Going here for subscriptions is really something strong, always a shocking experience, there is a regular extreme stress on a regular basis and more than 100 people are still waiting for the collection. And just as regularly, it doesn't go away here at all, the subscriptions go like in slow motion. Only 3 cabins out of 10 need work. We'll be fine. Once I waited here for a stupid collection for almost 3 hours. The waiting room size does not exactly meet the real needs and so crowds are waiting in the hallway and the adjacent stairs. It's stupid of an elevator in that corridor, so wheelchair users can't call here. Absolutely Balkan brothel. Completely random numbers jump into the counselor. The head of department should close.
