Myslím si, že říct někomu, že máme plno, se dá i hezky a ne se chovat tak nepříjemně jako recepční této polikliniky. Po prvním telefonátu mi doslova položily telefon a při druhém setkání to nebyli o moc lepší. Jsou opravdu nepříjemné, takže jestli něco potřebujete, vůbec tam radši nechoďte. Co se týče lékařů nemohu hodnotit. Opravdu mě tohle chování mrzí. If I could, I'll throw those receptionists out there immediately. Ale sms posílají každý den, když to chce člověk sms zasílání zrušit, tak to nelze a vyhrožujou pokud se nedostavíte ruší vám rehabilitace. ? kde to žijeme co je to za polikliniku.
