minus - cekala jsem 15min i kdyz jsem byla objednana, ale hlavne velice spatna komunikace, nejprve mi udelali jinou manikuru nez jsme se domluvili (chtela jsem klasickou zakladni, ale nez jsem se nadala, obrousili mi nehty a pak uz neslo jinak nez gel), potom i pres opakovane pozadani a upozorneni mi nehty udelali o 3mm delsi nez jsem chtela a odmitali je spravit, navic palec mi udelali krive

minus - I waited 15 minutes even though I was ordered, but especially very poor communication, first they gave me a different manicure than we agreed (I wanted a classic base, but before I could, they sanded my nails and then it bore differently than gel), then, despite repeated requests and warnings, my nails did 3mm longer than I wanted and they refused to fix them, moreover my thumb made me crooked
