★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was visiting Prague and came across this coffee shop. My boyfriend and I had ordered drinks to go because we didn’t plan on staying, however, when we looked around we thought the place looked cozy and we decided to stay. I have been in the food industry for most of my life and I know a lot about costumer service, I don’t ever leave bad reviews but this place really gave a terrible impression. One of the people at the restaurant approached me and my boyfriend after we had already payed for our drinks and left a generous tip. He basically kicked us out infront of everyone. The drinks they gave us were barely filled but I chose not to complain about it and when I asked if I had to pay extra to stay (because I did not mind and was actually planning on ordering more) he just continued to kick us out with no real reason leaving us in ridicule in front of everyone. That is not how you run a business and definitely not good costumer service. Would not recommend. They defenitely lost business with me and my acquaintances. There is a way to approach someone and clarify menu prices. Kicking them out is not one of them.
