Nejsem jejich klientem, ovšem z akutních důvodů jsem hledal nejbližší veterinu a volba padla na Liskovku. Personál dělal vše, aby se má už tak stresovaná fena cítila co nejpohodlněji a sestřičky byly strašně milé. Je vidět, že je jejich práce opravdu baví. Navíc mají potřebné vybavení, které na většině takových klinik chybí, takže například výsledky krve máte během několika minut. Opravdu mě takový přístup těší, jediné, co jim to trochu kazí, je cenovka na konci vyšetření. Věřím, že vybavení nebylo levné a někde se zaplatit musí, nakonec nejde o charitu, ale cenově převyšují některé jiné veteriny a to bez rozdílu kvality péče. Ovšem nová, pěkná budova a vše v ní něco stojí, takže to více-méně chápu. Velká poklona personálu. Jste strašně srdeční, tak se toho držte! In addition, they have the necessary equipment, which is lacking in most such clinics, so for example, you have blood results within minutes. I really enjoy such an approach, the only thing that spoils them a bit is the price tag at the end of the examination. I believe that the equipment was not cheap and has to be paid for somewhere, in the end it is not a charity, but it is more expensive than some other veterinarians, regardless of the quality of care. But a new, nice building and everything in it costs something, so I more or less understand it. Great bow to the staff. You are terribly cordial, so stick with it!

Přístup vcelku odpovídá vztahu klient - poskytovatel - placená nelevna služba. Ale zklamaný jsem z time managementu. Být objednán na určitou hodinu a čekat na vstup do ordinace 1,5 hodiny mi přijde úplně mimo. Lékaři by si měli uvědomit, ze nejen jejich čas je drahý. Dodatek po reakci kliniky: snažit se snížit důvěryhodnost me recenze tím, že nevím, jak dlouho jsem skutečně čekal a že nejsem majitelem zvířete mne nutí snížit hodnocení na 2 hvězdy. Byť třeba i léčite dobře. Pokud si z me prvotní recenze vedení kliniky neumí vzít nic dobrého pro poučení, ja tomu dále nehodlám věnovat čas. V Lískovce nás přijali přes víkend, kdy naše Sára, 3 týdny po operaci u jiného veterináře, neprospívala. Veterinář ji neprovedl ani předoperační vyšetření a to mohlo mít fatální následky. V Lískovce zjistili nádor na slezině, selhávání jater a ledvin.... Sára dostala šanci díky hospitalizaci a to bylo to nejlepší, co se mohlo stát. Nyní, 3 týdny po celé události, kdy je Sára na speciální dietě a pod dohledem, je ve formě, kdy jí a pije, aniž by zvracela, hraje si, zvládá procházky...celkový stav je stabilizovaný.... Jsme vděční za přístup lékařů, sester a recepčních. Osobně jsme se nesetkali s takovýmto přístupem snad nikde. Proto prosím lidi, aby si vážili a projevovali takovýmto lidem úctu, protože oni si to zaslouží.♥️ Děkujeme ♥️?♥️ If I were a dog or another animal, then only here ??? ... Sarah was given a chance to be hospitalized and that was the best thing that could have happened. Now, 3 weeks after the whole event, when Sarah is on a special diet and under supervision, she is in a form where she eats and drinks without vomiting, plays, manages walks ... the overall condition is stabilized .... We are grateful for the approach of doctors, nurses and receptionists. We have personally not encountered such an approach anywhere. Therefore, I ask people to respect and respect such people, because they deserve it. ♥ ️ Thank you ♥ ️? ♥ ️

Mělo jít o řekla bych, banální zákrok s přerostlými zoubky, bohužel stáří morčíka trošku dohání a zjistily se problémy se srdíčkem, které tlačí na plíce. I když jsem volala ubrečená do Lískovky, jestli můžeme přijet, sestřičky byly vždy moc příjemné. Ve chvíli, kdy nám paní doktorka řekla diagnózu a vysvětlila jaké jsou možnosti, nebyl problém to další den na kontrole zopakovat ješte jednou a už s čistější hlavou. Zvažovali jsme doma uspání a jsem moc ráda, že byly i jiné možnosti. Jsou to 2 měsíce a na morčátku nejde poznat, že má takové problémy. Ještě jednou všem děkuji. Vždyť jsou poliklinika a první pomoct pro naše mazlíky. Když je Váš mazlík objednaný už není tak urgentní než když se Váš mazlíček zraní a potřebuje akutní pomoct. Je pravdou že jsou dražší, ale za kvalitu se připlácí i v obchodě. Každá zdravotní péče stojí peníze i ta naše a můžeme si vybrat kam půjdeme. Takže za nás tuto kliniku DOPORUČUJI všemi deseti.
