If it helps the devil to take the money, after a week of checking, I thank Mr. Doctor for taking me despite the fact that I confused the days, but thanks to that, it ends. The doctor's diagnosis after the check-up again without any tests was that the dog must be operated on in sedation and lump. Preliminary estimate of about 5000 even with the removal of tartar. Before that, blood tests to ensure that sedation is at the lowest possible risk. Ok damn, take another 1300 extra blood tests. However, I didn't like it and I visited another clinic and the diagnosis and approach of this clinic shocked me. At the first visit, the doctor immediately performed tests of this lump. He made an impression on the slide and sent it to a specialized laboratory, the results were within 2 days. And the result? Inflammation with signs of mold. Solution? The antibiotic mastic and lump were gone in 4 days. The total price at another clinic is 1300 crowns! No sedation, no surgery and the problem is solved. For this price, I had two visits to this clinic without any professional examination of the problem described. Other things after vaccination, a person does not get a mark even on request, even if I said that of course I would pay for it. They are not expensive but we will order them for me and send them. Nothing. So thank you very much for your services, but never again. In the end, I'm very happy that I found out how it goes elsewhere and that I made the change. I can't imagine that they would operate on a dog just because of such a banality as the inflammation which we got rid of in less than 5 days of mastic. I don't understand why you didn't do any tests and immediately suggested the most invasive solution. The staff is willing, I did not have a problem with that, but the procedure of this clinic did not come to me in this case. And this was confirmed to me by our new doctor and his intervening doctor. I would not recommend this clinic. It occurs to me that there is money in 1 place. Maybe I'm wrong, but we won't even go there for vaccinations.

The doctor is incredibly kind and professional. Even though I have a cat that is aggressive in an unfamiliar environment, he was able to calm her down. He explains everything nicely and devotes enough time to the animal.

Dr. Tandler is a treasure trove. He is very worried about the dogs and pays all their attention to them, as well as we appreciate the helpfulness towards us and the often shown trust and patience. We have many years of experience and now we commute with another dog, although we have moved from the locality. We recommend all ten!

I absolutely do not recommend this surgery if you do not want to let your pet hurt. Routine nail trimming turned into a bloody horror, right at the first paw, the doctor cut the claw of our puppy, that blood began to flow from him like an ox, and she still allowed herself to be arrogant, that he was to blame for it, because he moved with himself. I can't even imagine how a more complicated procedure would take place ... NEVER MORE!
