★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a well presented room with lots of to offer however there was no kettle provided. The hot water through the coffee machine tainted the flavour of the tea. There was a plentiful supply of complimentary coffee and creamers in the lobby of the floor.
I would definitely stay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is perfect, the place is perfect, the hotel team are real professionals
It's one of the most amazing places I've ever been.
We have lived here for 3 months and I must say that all Andel's Vienna Hotel team are real professionals and really kind, patient and sympathetic people. We were happy to stay here in secure place during such a terrible and awful situation in our country.
Thanks for everything. U are incredibly awesome and kind❤❤❤❤.
Strongly recommend this hotel to everyone who visits Prague.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service was outstanding! Michel welcomed us when we checked in and made sure we had everything we needed. Staff made us feel welcome and provide helpful hints and suggestions for our 2 days in Prague. Even made sure we had reliable transportation to the airport! Kudos to the entire staff!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Reception staff were very welcoming and friendly. The conference facilities were very good as an attendee with well designed rooms next to the restaurant area. The bedroom was light and airy being a corner room with windows on two sides. It was quiet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall it was a good experience, if the hotel can solve the problem with air conditioning and the pillows it can became one of the best hotels of Prague - for me. Fitness room is well equipped, the restaurant is very nice and the location is convenient - if you are not opening the windows during night time. With the noise I know it's hard to do something but still, you cannot sleep well.
During our meetings the rooms were also clean and tidy, but there were some kind of construction work and it was very loud (it came from the hotel).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is situated in a perfect place not far from the city center, it is very easy and quick to get from it to all the main sights. It is a large hotel and very popular. The rooms are comfy and pretty with large windows, free wifi. Breakfasts are very tasty! Receptionists are all very helpful and attentive, they speak good English as well as Russian and i even heard Portuguese.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since it's only cleaning every third day it would have been good to fill up with toilet paper. I stayed for three days and had to ask for more paper after 1,5 day.
It would also be good if the cleaning staff were informed of when people have checked out. On my last day the cleaning lady knocked on the door and went in even though I hadn't checked out yet and it was two hours before last check out time.
Otherwise very nice hotell and very nice and helpful staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a beautiful hotel, near the center, near the subway and the tram. The room was very nice, with a balcony. The bed was confortable, however it's not one big bed but two single beds conjoined, which is annoying.
The bathroom was very big with a shower and a tub, a lot of mirrors. It felt luxurious. The problem is that the water was not warm at all, it was not possible to take a bath (the tub was useless) and you could only take a 3 minutes shower before freezing.
The AC was working fine, but not the heater and we came when it was still cold in Prague...
There is a gym, that we didn't try but it seemed nice.
You can access the spa if you pay an extra fee.
The breakfast was fabulous. There are a lot of choices. The coffee machine is great, with real coffee beans.
The staff is nice.
If you have a car, there is a private parking (which was full) it costs 30 euros per day. The public parking is even more expensive.
