★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in Prague on a budget and this hotel offered everything I needed. Staff were great and although I turned up a few hours earlier than check in time, hoping to drop of my bag, I was told my room was ready. The room was small, clean and well thought out with areas for storage and sitting . The bed was large and comfortable and the shower was good. Pretty much everything you expect and then some from a hotel at this price. The breakfast was pretty standard for this part of the world, with a buffet selection of cold meat and cheeses along with a variety of breads and pastries, fresh fruit yoghurt etc. I intentionally chose this as a location as it was the side of the river I wanted to be; away from the old town but just a short walk to get to any of the various bridges that took me to the busy tourist parts of Prague. The hotel is next door to a large shopping mall and the area it is in offered a good amount of restaurants and pubs. Transport links were great in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You might think that location is worse because it's not smack dab in the middle of the Old Town but that's actually a pro. Metro station is right next door and there is a lot of reasonably priced restaurants in the neighborhood.
Front desk staff is very professional and helpful, especially Makhambet :)

One star reduced because I booked for a double bed (through trips.com) but got single beds.
Feedback from Ibis was that 3rd party booking platforms can only send your ‘booking preferences’ to the hotel but this does not guarantee your preferences being reserved.
This was annoying for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice city hotel located in a central location in Prague. It has easy access to trams and buses and supermarkets and restaurants all around.
Rooms are cosy with basic amenities. Wifi connection was also good. Service was okay, but could've been better. Breakfast buffet is so great for the money you pay.
Only issue is parking. You can pay and park at the premises but the slots are very limited. So do not rely on parking at the premises.
