Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted by Petr who spoke excellent English and was super helpful with the check in process and informed us on everything we needed to know. The room was specious and clean. Thé breakfast was amazing with so many choices. The other staff at the reception was always friendly and helpful. The location is perfect- only 20 minutes walk from the main attractions. Nice walking trail right by the hotel for a morning stroll. The restaurant in the second building was very good. The chef cooked my steak and grilled Brie to perfection. Highly recommend this location.

Second time I have stayed here in Prague with tour group Nice restaurant by cable car to upper level. Food very good.

The room really needs renovation. We wanted to have a drink in red bar at 22:05 "we are closed" no apologies...reception stuff was terrible - do not speak Czech in Czech Republic?! No idea about dinner alternatives( Toscana restaurant was closed) get a parking place was really challenging...no next time here...

The room is clean. Location is not far from Andel. It is a 4-star hotel, but not all standard amenities were given. No complimentary mineral water or sandals (only given to vip?), which are normally given even in a 3-star hotel.

This time we were very disappointed with this NH groups of hotel in Prague. We had booking for for Easter weekend, the rooms were dirty, toilet were smelly. We had asked for cleaning the room. Upto coming back in night after hectic day towels and napkins were missing from the room, called the receptionist and he mentioned we are sorry but we could not help you with towels, we slept that night without taking bath. Morning my friend went searching for housekeeping staff and took towels ,napkins from the housekeeping trolley. At hotel sauna we had to wait 60 mins just for towels, housekeeping staff was so rude with angry face she literally dumped the towel in front of us. The hotel was not ready to handle full occupancy of guest which was visible at morning breakfast, breakfast scene at coffe shop was a big chaos, no plates no place to seat. Still the service staff were trying there best to help guest. Front office staff were helpful and friendly to talk but even beyond limit they were helpless . My one star for the hardworking service staff who really were trying there best and specially the sweet lady who was constantly making omlette with 10-15 guest waiting in line but she was clam and sweet. One star for Nick and staff from front office. But honestly worst behaviour by Housekeeping , dirty rooms and arrogant attitude. Sorry next time me not going to do booking at NH hotels for sure.

So…rooms are ok but walls are very thin. Difficult to get shower with a water moving from very hot to very cold. The place you don’t want to go is the sky lounge restaurant: one hour and a half to get our order and at 10pm impossible to order a dessert: kitchen are closed. No warning from anyone that it was about to close and no excuse at all as in every elevators it is written that’s it’s open until 11pm. It’s a pity as the food was good.

I am amazed by my stay over here. Well done to the staffs - impeccable service. They were very polite, and professional. Thus, they made the hotel very welcoming to guests. I can see amazing value with the price paid for our rooms. The rooms were super clean and spacious. Also, cleaners helped to tidy up the room on a daily basis - which is superb. Breakfast was of good quality with diverse dishes and pastries. All were very tasty. In a nutshell, this would be my go-to-hotel when I am in Prague.

I am staying in this hotel for the second time and I am sure it's not my last stay. During those two stays, NH Hotel became my favourite hotel in the city. Service and staff is helpful, professional, fast and superfriendly. I like the design of the building and individual rooms and the furniture is comfortable as well. I stayed once in a suite and once in a family room and both are great for longer stays. The hotel has its own cable car connecting two parts of the hotel. There is wonderful view from the cable car.
