★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My company booked an apartment for me and I stayed a little over a month. I liked the facility, the apartment was nice and also very close to the center. Unfortunately, I had a few issues with the receptionist. It started when I arrived, I was told to call 30 mins before my arrival which I did and the receptionist told me that she won't be able to make it but she'd left an envelope for me. When I arrived, I couldn't open my apartment because my cards were blank, I called again and after an hour the receptionist arrived and fixed my cards. I didn't think much of it but if you don't plan to make an appointment, please tell me before. Another issue happened when my wife's parents visited us and stayed for 4 days with us in Prague and we also spent a week in Germany in between. They tried to charge me for 11 days for extra people, the way of communication was rude and they also brought it up a few days before checking out even thought they'd supposedly known my wife's parents were there for that time. I have a strong feeling they wanted to cheat me over, actually my employer, since I can easily prove nobody was there for a week but I don't have a contract with Holeckova Apartments. I refused to pay for 11 days and contacted HR of my company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was nice but very hot, when I asked the manager about it she recommended to use curtains which I of course did but I was literally sweating in the room. I also didn't care much for the area - not really desirable and a lots of graffiti everywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to stay for a long time. Big apartment, well furnished, with all that is needed for comfortable leaving for month or two. There is usually a fridge, washing machine, dish washer in every apartment. Some of the apartments have two bathrooms and can be good for leaving of 4 people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite being advertised as family-friendly, we had to carry our baby stroller in our hands (no elevator) to the 3rd floor each day because owner thinks that it doesn't fit the interior of the hall. The owner is always looks annoyed and arrogant, and cleaning personnel is rude and really hostile to the kids.
And since you are trying to play around me being confused - i actually have photos of me inside your apartments. The same photos i had to show to my company when you were lying about supposed damages we did and cheating our company into paying for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment was pretty clean and cozy and the staff very kind. Position near the tram stop but the zone is full of the junkies. I hope you are not afraid of spiders like me because I found in our apartment some very huge ones, then I couldn't sleep well.
