Hotel NH Collection Prague - U Mrázovky 1566

Hotel is very nice, the spa is included with swimming pool and jacuzzi and sauna.

I had a four night stay there and I like NH hotels. This hotel is interesting coz you need to use a cable car to go there. Of course the cable car is free. The hotel offers free wifi but the wifi quality is very bad. In my room I only had wifi close to the door. The breakfast is ok with everything you need. But when it's peak time you have to wait to get a table. In the basement is also a pool, whirlpool and a sauna. The location of the hotel is ok. Nearby is a shopping center with food court. I also walked to downtown with is ok if you can walk easily.

It was a good stay. Staff are a bit cold, they aren't welcoming us ! When we ask about anything they answer without a smile, that they are just doing their job not more??‍♀️ As I stay before at one of nh hotels and it was really very very good stay ,so i was expecting more at this one too! Hotel location is good its not that far from city center and trams are coming every 5 mins! Here are some photos of breakfast buffet! It was tasty. Waitress and waiter was very kind and welcoming!

I am staying here tonight with 2 friends. We booked a room for 3 and clearly the room is maximum for 2 people. They added a bed, the size to fit a small baby. This is bad, but what is worse is that when we tried to look for a solution, the only reply in the hotel was "we cant do anything about it". We actually booked at NH because theyre a known company but never again.

Stayed here last week for two nights. The hotel is in a quite area on a hill, so gives a very good sleep experience. The cable car is a hidden gem. Breakfast and dinner were very tasty. The staff made a good effort to accommodate my eating needs. The hotel has a small spa, where you can even swim. All in all it was a nice stay and I will be back.

The hotel itself was incredible especially the cable car (and it is it’s biggest weakness aswell). The staff is really helpful and kind. Thanks to Petr we could easily arrange a car service.

I stayed at this hotel 3 nights. The location is not exactly central, but it also doesn’t take long to walk to the city center. The hotel is also near a commercial area which is convenient. The hotel is actually located on a hill, and to access it you can take a cable car. I didn’t use the spa facilities or swimming pool, so I cannot comment on it. The room was spacious and clean. The only negative aspect, in my opinion, was that that the air conditioning or room ventilation didn’t seem to have the option to cooldown the room (at least selecting the option and lowering the temperature didn’t have any effect). The staff was friendly and professional, but my interactions were limited to checking in and checking out. The buffet was quite decent with a good variety of food, although the bread selection was slightly disappointing, but I might be biased as I am used to German bread variety (thus I wouldn’t say it is a negative, but just a personal preference). The only negative point I would like to point out were the juices offered. I tried the orange juice and it was so watered down that it tasted awful. The juices seem to be all coming from a package and then diluted. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. In terms of price, I am not sure if it might be a bit towards the overpriced, but I assume the facilities that they have (and I didn’t use) would increase the cost. I would say that you might find a better quality/price ratio at other hotels. I would recommend coming here, if you like the hotel to be in a quiet area with some extras.

One of my favourite hotels in Prague. It is in the hilltop and it's connected with the main building (NH Hotel) by a cable car that offers some of the most beautiful views of Prague. I stayed in a suit and it was spacious and comfortable. The beds and all the furniture is comfortable. The staff was really friendly and helpful. It's about 30 minutes drive from the airport and yet in a walking distance from the city centre, which is also convenient.
