★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs are very friendly and kind. The room was very cozy and clean. We really enjoying the stay.
The best thing for us the locations just in front of the factory Pilsner Urqauell, which offers factory tour.
If we could use hot water pot for coffee or tea in the room, it would become the perfect stay.

However we booked with booking.com and got promised free charging for our e-car with the parking ticket ?
But this is not the case anymore.
So you have to pay for parking and need a Czech e-car charging card.
But there is a McDonald's close by where you can charge via an easy app.
We still loved our stay here?

Clean, tidy.
Very nice service.
Good location.
This is also the first hotel I saw worldwide, where there was "cold brew" during a breakfast.
The only thing, what I would say is, it was cheap for the standard it offers.
Nevertheless, I liked staying there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is terrible even though it’s close to center and Pilsner brewery. It’s very basic but breakfast was quite good. The design of hotel is poor and everything feels a bit manky. I’ve been to much better hotels for the same price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had great 2 nights at this hotel. Great location. Very clean and tidy. Lady(I can’t remember the name) at check in was really nice and informative. Plenty choices for breakfast. We loved the fresh juices. If I need to be picky every morning was missing English breakfast tea at the buffet. Also I didn’t get any drinks in mini fridge(no biggie). Definitely will comeback.
