★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vila Karla Čapka je určitě velmi zajímavý objekt. Momentálně ve vlastnictví m. č. Praha 10. To občas pořádá veřejné prohlídky. Zatim je vila téměř prázdná a hledají se dobová zařízení. Provádí se úpravy a rekonstrukce.
 Villa Karel Čapek is definitely a very interesting object. Currently owned by the city of Prague 10. It occasionally organizes public tours. So far, the villa is almost empty and period furnishings are being sought. Modifications and reconstructions are being carried out.
