★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the rooms are extraordinarily clean and the breakfast was neat, the lack of AC is killing in the hottest days of summer, and there aren't enough windows to allow sufficient ventilation so it was almost impossible to fall asleep.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One and very important missing item is "mini bar" in the room.. Come on.. No one is interested to pay 75 CZK for a pint of Pilsen in CR, in yr hotel bar and even forget about the beer, people would like to store a bottle of water in the mini bar fridge when the weather is so hot ! You can afford that !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful view from room 704, the view looks as you are in Krumlov. Inside the room is comfortable, with classic furniture, feels like sleeping in Schonbrunn palace. I like the night in this hotel. There are air-conditioner and heater in the room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impeccable cleanness, you can quite literally eat of the bathroom floor! ;) rooms are amazing, big with plenty of light, great comfortable bed, stylish furniture. Breakfast is just amazing, rich variety of salty and sweet choices would satisfy anyone. Staff is friendly and eager to help. Comfortable parking inside the building really makes loading/unloading a no problem. And last but not least - location - just few minutes walk to city centre.

Personnel: receptionist lack professionalism; at the restaurant the waiter and cooks stinked badly. None of the workers were wearing masks.
Food: there were many choices at breakfast, but sadly the quality as very poor. I had eggs and (not very well cooked) bacon, also (soggy, not fresh) watermelon. The eggs were full of egg shells, it was a nightmare. The coffee was not bad but definitely below average. In general: very low quality.
Facilities: when we entered the room, the bathroom had a very weird smell, besides that the room was okay, not good, but okay. There is a very nice terrace in the last floor of the hotel that has an amazing view, but sadly the service offered was very poor once again: the waiter stinked, and he was the one preparing the drinks... Huge lack of basic hygiene.
In general, my experience was very disappointing, would not recommend it. It's definitely better to find something else even though it is a bit more expensive. Totally not worth it.
