Tri tydny jsem si uzival opravdu komfortni boty, nez se mi zacala shrnovat vlozka do bot za patu. Rikal jsem si ze za ty pomerne nadstandardni penize si kupuji i nadstandardni servis. Bohuzel na prodejne, jinak velmi profesionalni pani prodavacka, mi venovala soustrastny pohled a s tvrzenim ze to neni vada, ale je to zpusobeno stylem me chuze me chtela odmitnout. Nakonec po mem nalehani a telefonatu s pani majitelkou mi byli predany zimni vlozky do bot, ktere by se uz nemeli shrnovat za patu. Podotykam ze o tomto problemu vyrobce vi a oficialni stanovisko je, ze je zpusoben stylem chuze. To mi prijde u bot teto kategorie prinejmensim smutne. Mel jsem jeste dalsi problem po 3 tydnech stredne narocneho uzivani predevsim ve meste. Jsou tkanicky, ktere se trepi a tady POZOR - Vivo neprodava a ani nevymenuje tkanicky. Byl jsem odkazan na prazskou pobocku, ci napsat e-mail a dozadovat se na zastoupeni o nove tkanicky. Opet, v teto cenove relaci spise smutne .... dalsi koupi bot, jakkoliv jsem ji zvazoval, ted uz neplanuji. Ted mam boty se zimni vlozkou, s tkanickami ktere zrejme dalsi tri tydny nepreziji. Nejsou tkanicky tak nejak samozrejmost? Diky Vivo a preji hodne uspechu ... Enthusiastic about VIVOBAREFOOT GEO COURT M ZINC GRAY, unfortunately after three weeks, they are disappointed. I enjoyed really comfortable shoes for three weeks before the insole behind my heel began to roll up. I thought that for those relatively above-standard money I also buy above-standard service. Unfortunately at the store, otherwise a very professional lady saleswoman, she gave me a condolences and with the claim that it is not a defect, but it is due to the style I want to reject me. Finally, after my insistence and a phone call with the owner, I was sold winter insoles for shoes, which should no longer be wrapped behind the heel. I note that the manufacturer knows about this problem and the official opinion is that it is caused by the style of poverty. It seems to me at least this category bot sad. I had another problem after 3 weeks of moderate use, especially in the city. They are laces that shake and here ATTENTION - Vivo does not sell or name laces. I was referred to the Prague branch, or to write an e-mail and ask the agency for new laces. Again, at this price point it is rather sad .... another purchase of shoes, however I tied it, I no longer plan. Now I have shoes with a winter insole, with laces that I probably won't survive for another three weeks. Shoelace are somehow granted? Thanks Vivo and I wish you a lot of success ...
