I gotta give 5 stars now because I have prepaid in advance not the cheapest room for two nights to celebrate it with my long term boyfriend, but I found out that he has been cheating on me, so I broke it off and as the reservation didnt allow me to cancel in without losing all the money, I have reached out to someone via reservations email, explained the situation and they cancelled my stay with zero charge. So HUGE shout out for being so kind in this situation and thank you for being understanding and human.
i	iTravel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice, huge rooms. I was bummed that my room didn't have a window but at least there was a couple sun roof. The staff are friendly. I wish they don't charge for late check out even for just an hour.
L	Los Bones on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing. Hospitality is the name of the game and feeling welcome is a huge part of that. We received no welcome at all upon arrival after a very long difficult drive through a snowstorm. Actually I’d have considered turning back but for the hotel’s very strict no cancellation policy. At check-in, the receptionist told us nothing about the hotel. She barely made eye contact. It took us ten minutes to find our room since we had to basically guess. Our room had no soap, shower gel or shampoo and the toilet paper was surely as cheap quality as you could ever find. The tv was tiny and if you tried to tilt it to be able to see it, the signal cut out. At breakfast the selection was good and of good quality but there is no mask enforcement at all at the buffet and plenty of coughing. The restaurant for dinner was very good, a bit lacking in atmosphere but of a good standard. Overall a million miles away from a five star service - I expect and receive more from two star hotels.

This is not a real five-star hotel, the wood in the room was chipped here and there, the water flow in the sink was not great, the water pressure for the shower was poor. 3. Anytime I passed by reception and said good morning or evening, I got no response. 4. We checked out Sunday morning 10th April and the two women at the reception desk had fake smiles and it was obvious they didn't want to work there. The porter didn't smile or make eye contact. If they hate their jobs, just quit. Not a five star experience at all. An average 3 star Park Inn hotel is much better.

The staff is super friendly and makes everything easy. Tried the Sauna and it was great. The fitness area is a little small and best for a quick aerobic workout. Wi-fi is fast and stable. Rooms were clean, spacious and nicely decorated.
