★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nesololidni jednani ze strany firmy.Prisel mi email od pani Cechove, ze chybejici zbozi z moji objednavky v castce kolem 1500 Kc maji pripravene a ze ten samy den budou zbozi odesilat.Domluvily jsme se tedy s kamaradkamy na pleteni o vikendu.Kdyz uz jsme zbozi meli mit k dispozici.Kdyz jim vsak volam o 2 dny pozdeji, ze teda zbozi nedorazilo, tak mi do telefonu bylo receno, ze to snad ten den odeslou.No to je mi k nicemu.Je to nesolidni chovani a velke zklamani.Moc me to mrzi, protoze to mela byt prvni testovaci objednavaka.Chteli jsme delat dalsi a na papire mame sepsanou dalsi objednavku za necelych 5000 Kc, protoze maji vlnu krasnou a cenu prijemne.Bohuzel.Ackoliv tady nekdo psal, ze jsou to srdcari a ja tomu verim, jsem zklamana.A firmu nedoporucuji.V dnesni dobe mailu a mobilu stacilo jen upozornit, ze nedoslo k odeslani.

Z Cenoskoku, pokud se mi podařilo "chytit" cenu přízí za velice příznivou cenu, mi nebyla příze ani po několika urgencích doručena. Majitelé mají na Messengeru hlášku, že odpoví do druhého dne...ale asi jejich den trvá tři měsíce a déle - dotaz mi nebyl dodnes zodpovězen, i když si ho přečetli.
Pokud si udělám objednávku v e-shopu, málokdy mi přijde kompletní.
Jediné plus firmy jsou zaměstnanci (ženy) v Bílé labuti, které jsou velmi profesionální, znalé, umějí poradit.

The owners have a message on the Messenger that they will answer by the next day ... but probably their day lasts three months and longer - the question has not been answered to me to this day, even though they have read it.
If I place an order in the e-shop, it seldom comes complete.
The only plus of the company are the employees (women) in the White Swan, who are very professional, knowledgeable, able to advise.
