★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nevim, jak to Vodafone dělá ale napříč celou republikou, na všech pobočkách se setkávám s naprosto skvělým přístupem a ani dnes tomu nebylo jinak. Pan i přesto, že je neděle skvěle pomohl a zvládl se “poprat” i s nestandardním požadavkem. Děkuji??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strašné, navštivila jsem na základě nespokojenosti ve foru Nova Karolina a moc jsem si nepolepšila. Přijde mi, že pracovníci Vodafonu mají v popisu práce být nepřijemní a neochotní na zákazníky. Ať to ti lidi nedělají tu práci, když je to nebaví. ?
Terrible, I visited due to dissatisfaction in the Nova Karolina forum and I didn't improve much. It occurs to me that Vodafone employees should be unpleasant and reluctant to customers in their job descriptions. Don't let these people do the job when they don't like it. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jedním slovem katastrofa. Čekat 50 minut ve frontě kvůli 3 minutám na vydání SIM karty je dokonalou ukázkou nezvládnutí procesu obsluhy zákazníka. Nic proti pracovníkům na pobočce, jde spíše o nesmyslný proces, kdy se zákazníkům nabízejí nesmysly typu kryt na mobil apod., což podle mě nemá s poskytováním datových a hlasových služeb nic společného. Nemít z práce domluvený tarif za pár kaček, tak jdu pryč. Pokud máte možnost na pobočku nechodit, tak zvolte jinou variantu...
In a word, disaster. Waiting 50 minutes in line for 3 minutes to issue a SIM card is a perfect example of not being able to handle the customer service process. Nothing against the employees at the branch, it is more of a pointless process, where customers are offered nonsense such as mobile cover, etc., which in my opinion has nothing to do with the provision of data and voice services. I don't have an agreed tariff for a couple of ducks, so I'm leaving. If you have the option not to go to the branch, then choose another variant ...
