Its okay but they needed 3days that they activited the data I could call byt couldnt use data because of tehnical difficultis, bit overall the staff was nice and helping, I would definitly choose it again it was maybe really an exception that ny data woulnd work. I would still recommend you

I went there and signed a new contract for both my mobile phone and a 1gbps home connection. Every employee i spoke in the store went beyond their way to help with my issues,i still have internet problem since 23/01/20 but everytime i go to the store they doing their best... for the service at the store and communication 5/5 but 4/5 for Vodafone because i still have no internet

There was some problem with my deposit not being used to pay my bills. I was greeted warmly, my problem was listened to and within the same week the teller was calling me that my problem had been fixed and indeed it was solved like a charm. Honestly the workers are good people, one should just not take them for granted.

Terrible employee experience. On my visit a worker refused to speak to me in English, got in a feud with her to transfer me to one of her colleagues who knows English. She claimed it would take 30 minutes until they’re free, persudaing me to leave as it seemed later that she wanted to finish her shift and leave quickly. I stayed nevertheless and in a minute another employee came and solved my problem in 30 seconds. And not only that, once I sat down with the other employee she started talking about me in Czech to her and then left, the other employee apologized for her. Since then I never stepped foot in that branch.

My first perfect Vodafone experience setting and merging accounts. Clever staff, fast responses! Many many kudos and thanks to the guy with the long hair and tattoos!!!! I feel really sorry that I didn't ask for his name

One has to come in person to a Vodafone CZ office: if one tries to call their hotline specifying one needs to speak in English, then a long wait, then the agent says he/she won't talk to you in English, then a long wait, then a customer agent who tells you "Czech language only" then... It's much simpler to go to one of their offices. In nearly 6 years here, only one of their reps was really rude (me being a foreigner).

Worst customer service ever. I requested to activate a service but lady made a wrong request. Next day I came to same branch to cancel the service. The guy from Vodafone told me he cancel the service, but after one week I saw that is still active! I requested a document that confirms I cancel all my request but they didn't want to provide. Is almost 2 weeks I'm trying to comunicate with their customer service to solve my issue but is impossible to get an answer in english. Worst company ever, if you speak english don't open any contract with them
