The Vrátný Group built a new house for me. I had bought a plot of land just outside Prague. I wanted to build a house there, where I would move out of the apartment with my family. As a child, I wanted to build a house myself, but due to lack of time and the need to build it before 4 years, I had to order construction from the company. For a long time, I decided between several companies, but only on the recommendation from a friend, I decided for the Vrátný Group. I contacted them via email. I was surprised at how quickly the company responded to my email. I must say that Mr Vrátný, who dealt with me, was very kind. They worked out a project and explained everything to me. In my opinion, the project was very well done and I really liked the 3D design. He helped me with the overall idea of ​​the result. I don't know much about drawings and I can't imagine it. Within a few days, they began construction. Everything went smoothly. I didn't notice any problem or mistake anywhere. I was glad that I didn't have to think about it and I could leave the stress to someone else and I could devote myself to work and my family. The company provided me with information about the progress of construction, and when an unexpected problem with the foundation of the house appeared, it called and solved it with me. I've been on tours several times. The craftsmen were not at all surprised and continued to work. They worked very well. I saw every stage of construction. I asked a friend who is doing construction supervision if he would look at the construction - he agreed. He checked everything and was satisfied. It was obvious that the craftsmen are really trying, they want everything, they will finish and they know what they are doing. I had the feeling that really professionals were working on it, and despite minor difficulties with the reconstruction, everything was as planned. Mr. Severín, the construction manager of the company, was on the construction site every day and always consulted everything in advance and found a good option. The deadline was met on the exact day. The handover was without problems. I checked everything and there was no mistake. It was painted well - no cats anywhere. The apartment was tidy and clean. Except for one cracked tile, but they were replaced the next day and it was no problem. The budget was not exceeded even after a minor complication with the basics. I am very satisfied with the reconstruction. Everything is according to my ideas. I can only recommend Vrátný Group.

We have completely reconstructed the bathroom and toilet from the Vratny Group, including the replacement of the bath with a shower, waterproof wall and floor insulation, wiring, the entire bathroom lining including the floor, etc. We were very satisfied with the work of the company, the communication with Mr. Soukup was excellent. The company is very flexible, it can perfectly adapt to the specific wishes of the client. The deadline and budget were met. No defects occurred. We can only recommend the company

I absolutely do not recommend this business, hands off! Although the reconstruction was done relatively well, the complaint process was solved terribly - in the middle of the work they came to the conclusion that it is not a complaint and they blackmail that we will either pay it or not solve it - basically made our apartment uninhabitable (they did not install a toilet). Even one star is too much for such a piggy deal ... in the end, they put the toilet back "for their own", but with the proviso that it cancels our guarantee for plumbing work. All because of the allegedly badly made riser (which should have been evident already at the time of reconstruction) ... I definitely recommend caution.

Reconstruction of the whole apartment including bathroom and toilet - 3 design proposals delivered, the final version completed to the satisfaction. The implementation was carried out according to the planned schedule and price budget. Very good communication, required adjustments and minor complaints handled promptly and during the reconstruction. The work submitted in time and without price increase, very good communication, so I can only warmly recommend.

The reconstruction went very well and the whole team did their job exactly as I imagined. The negative reviews I would not look, it's all about communication and you were with Mr. Soukup excellent despite a few technical problems that occurred during the reconstruction, everything went well and I can recommend the company.

The company Vrátný group s.r.o. reconstructed my apartment 120m2 by connecting two apartments in the city center. This created a space with a large living room with a view, four separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, two toilets, three closets and a separate, fully equipped kitchen. Mr. Soukup (construction manager) first discussed the entire reconstruction proposal on the spot, gave his recommendations and proposals. The whole team, especially Mr. Soukup, has a great sense of order. The company met the agreed deadlines, even provided extra work, which was not agreed in advance and their request will be applied by the customer only during the implementation. The implementation period has of course been extended. I appreciate the prepared price offer with estimates of time realization. The quality of the work performed and the result were of adequate quality. Mr. Soukup from the construction company took part in the inspection meetings. Most things worked according to plan, so I didn't need a third party. My biggest worries were with demolition work and debris removal. It was properly marked, communicated in advance and implemented on time. The final handover took place in due time. - The kitchen was made to measure, including mounted appliances. - The living room was assembled living room wall with home theater. - Created stucco around the door. - Restoration of parquet in the rooms. - The heating system was also replaced by a gas boiler with underfloor heating. - Revisions went well. In the future, he is happy to contact Vrátný Group s.r.o. I'm happy to turn around again. It is a company that can be recommended to even the most demanding customers. Both the company's CEO, Mr. Vrátný, and his team, Mr. Soukup, with whom I mostly dealt, are very qualified people who understand their craft, profession.

Even one star is too much. Terrible work, amateurism and arrogance - both on the part of workers and executives. Some time ago, the company was even on the Black Sheep show. Avoid this business with a big arc.

I absolutely cannot recommend this company. 4 years ago we reconstructed the whole apartment, and therefore the implementation of a terrible, a million problems before handing over, the communication absolutely appalling, the workers (with the honor of exceptions) totally irresponsible. One experience for all - we wanted a brick shower instead of a bathtub, they did it, they repaired the joint several times, because the water was still flowing and we got the information that "the shower is not an aquarium". As a result, water leaked through the wall into the bathroom door frame, which is moldy, and we have been demanding redress for two years - the first frame they came to replace did not match the dimensions, and we do not have any non-standard bathroom doors at all. . They were just lazy to measure it. Repairing the shower costs us about 20,000. There is no waterproofing in the shower (although they took the money for it), the insulation tape is etched (and it was not installed correctly), and Ytong is crumbling because it was exposed to moisture for several years ... So great job to another Czech company! N E D O P O R U Č U J I !!!!
