A beautiful piece of nature north of the center of Prague with a size of 4.6 hectares is located on the southern slopes of the Bohnický brook valley in places where solid shales of pre-Paleogene age appear on the surface. The history of the local settlement dates back to about five and a half thousand years ago, when the inhabitants of the nearby fortified settlement of Na Zámcích gradually cut down the forest and used the surrounding land as fields and pastures. Later, most of the slope served as a vineyard, which is still reminiscent of the name "V Lísku" after a small wine press, which stood in the middle of the 19th century at the foot of the vineyard. In some places, wild vines grow here and there are also typical wine-growing stone terraces, today mostly overgrown with shrubs. A 6 km long blue marked hiking trail 1101 leads from Čimice to Bohnice through the Vltava valley. There is an altitude difference of 126 meters between Čimice and the Vltava valley, and a difference of 89 meters between the Vltava valley and Bohnice. So here we flew like children. From the hill down to the road and up again to the gazebo. He is no longer there today, instead there is a prospect. The places still have their charm and when it's after the lockdown and it's colder, it's not so "crowded" there anymore.
